“Wow! After visiting two other T-Mobile stores, and being extremely disappointed in their lack of helpfulness, I went out of my way to go to the Pleasant Grove, Utah location. And Scott was absolutely awesome! Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable, but he was also friendly, helpful, personable, and patient! It's getting harder and harder to find those who are willing to go the extra mile these days, but that is exactly how I would describe Scott. He is the manager, and the store shows it. “Had a bad experience with with orem and provo locations. The manager at the pleasant grove Location was surprisingly working by hisself but managing more than one person but was still able help me with my issue. He not only convinced me to stay, but i also upgraded my phone and plan. For this to be an Authorized dealer, he seemed more knowledgeabe than the cooperate locations and def more welcoming. Wait time could be better, as I said he was alone and i waited almost 15 minutes, but overall a great experience and I will Def be returning to this location for future business. Highly Recommended.”
