The Pleasant Grove Recreation Center is a well-run community facility. It is clean, welcoming, and offers a lot for the community. The youth sports programs, like indoor soccer, are fantastic. It features a weight room, iFit cardio machines, and great video rowing machines. There are courts, a gym, and a track. Activities include spin class, Zumba, piyo, la blast, pickleball, and senior fit classes. It also offers the Funshine Preschool. The staff is friendly and the space is organized. The facilities are nice and family-friendly, though a little old. The community pool is separate and not included in the price.
My 7 year old son played indoor soccer at the Pleasant Grove rec. center, considering how many team and players dividing up the court into 4 sections worked very well. Definitely worth it! He had a great time and will be signing up next season.

Best rec center, best staff, everyone is friendly here. Youth sports program is fantastic and the weight room has a little bit of everything. The iFit cardio machines are great too
