“I brought my truck to wrenches. Because of a problem I was having with a brand new throttlebody that I installed. I was having trouble linking the two together. They were able to diagnose the problem within seconds spent about 45 minutes fixing it got it connected be at their computer OBD2 diagnostic machine. Give me a call and only charge me the minimal fee for the work done. Any other place would’ve charged me an arm or leg. They've installed a transmission, a catalytic converter, and lots of smaller repairs for me, and they do good work. But more than that they are easy to talk to, and genuine people that I trust.”

“Want to talk to someone that really knows tires? Ean at the Orem location is a tire Expert! So grateful we stopped by and talked with him prior to ordering another set of Heavy Duty tires for our Dump Trailer. Ean showed us all the options and suggested a much better tire than we typically buy, for about the same price. NOTE: Ean could have gotten us the standard trailer tires for $15 less (each) than we typically pay. He showed us all the options and suggested a VERY heavy Duty tire (we're in construction and we really beat this trailer up) for about $30 more than the cheap tires we usually buy. These are such a better tire! So grateful we had his expertise and received all the options. He really took the time and went through pro's and con's of each brand to help us settle on which ones would be best for our use... Their prices were better than the competitors (on every option we looked at). THANKS EAN!”

Super grateful that the gears team did a detailed analysis of what was wrong with my Jeep and ended up fixing the driveline and a few other smaller projects which ended up being about 10% of the cost of the other shop’s bid. Turns out I did not need a new transmission, just needed some tender love and care. Thank you to the team here for treating me with integrity.”

(It would have been more if they had to unlock the car, but luckily the fob still worked). They even drove out to my home in Provo free of charge to do the job. Having a test drive before doing any work to just get an idea of what's going on saved me so much time and money that other places were going to charge me. I definitely trust my vehicles are in knowledgeable hands at Valley's. I didn't have work done on our hybrid but it didn't need it. Again the insights of what was going on in my vehicle was super helpful so I could make a more informed decision. And I will return to valley for transmission help as needed in the future.”

“I will definitely be coming here again if I ever need to! I came for a Prius hybrid battery diagnostic, cuz my warning light came on and I started spending way more in gas money 😅. I ended up having them replace a few cells of the battery and a bunch of terminals. They gave me a discount on the labor cuz it took them a day or 2 longer than anticipated. After a month, the warning light came on again and we were filling up the tank more often again, I took it back to them. They reset my computer for free, and told me to bring it back if it came on again. Will and his team have taken great care of us, and saved us lots of money.”
“Got new tires on my car first thing in the morning. Unusual/uneven wear brought about a recommendation for alignment. I had read a recent Facebook thread in which Ricky's name was mentioned half a dozen times as "THE" mechanic to use. Driving away from the tire shop I called Ricky and explained the situation and asked if there was any way he could work me in since I had the day off. Ricky said, "Come over right now and I'll squeeze you in". I was so grateful I wouldn't have to take another day off work. Ricky was so genuine, honest, quoted a more-than-fair price and promised to get me out and back on the road, which he did. Best mechanical services and best customer service.
