“I brought my truck to wrenches. Because of a problem I was having with a brand new throttlebody that I installed. I was having trouble linking the two together. They were able to diagnose the problem within seconds spent about 45 minutes fixing it got it connected be at their computer OBD2 diagnostic machine. Give me a call and only charge me the minimal fee for the work done. Any other place would’ve charged me an arm or leg. “Curt’s just provided the best (literally the best) towing experience I’ve ever had. They answered with a cell phone, gave me a solid quote, I asked if I could send a pin to the same number that I’d called, and he said “of course!” I sent the pin, he acknowledged receipt, said he’d send the right kind of truck (we needed a Sprinter Van transported), was on time (actually 5 minutes early) to pickup vehicle, driver was super respectful and nice, honored the quote, didn’t get weird about paying before drop off at location, sent me a payment link a couple hours later. Best experience of any towing company ever!”

“Got stuck pretty good and had to leave my 4Runner overnight. Called the guys and they were out there first thing in the morning with me and got it out super quick! Not only are they super skilled in off-roading and vehicle recovery but they are also willing to share their knowledge with newer off-roaders such as myself. Great rates and great people! “Joe rocks. When the wheel in my van popped off near the American Fork hospital, he arrived to help in a couple of minutes. He took the time to assure my overthinking mind that his method of getting my van up in the truck with a wheel was safe and he was right. And during our ride back to my home he explained how I could repair my wheel on my own to save me money and get me back on the road sooner. “Today my sister , kids and I were traveling on the freeway and kept hearing something knocking under her van. We discovered the tire holder for the spare tire had dropped down. We had no tools in the van. We stopped at Sorensen Auto body and asked them if we could use a wrench. I feel bad for not asking his name but one of the gentleman in the office came out, seen the issue went back in, came out with the wrench and fixed the issue. So kind and thoughtful. He even gave me his wrench to take with just incase…. Kind thoughtful and willing to help without a second thought. So incredibly thankful for his kindness and willingness to help us out!!! In the future I will be bringing any auto body work to this place and for sure will spread how awesome they are!!! Thank you so much!!!! Have a blessed blessed year!!!!!”

“The person who towed the vehicle that was parked in my spot was great. It did take him a while to get to me, but that was because I didn't know he had to get permission first from the HOA. I'm renting the place from someone so I was never told that. However, it did give the owner of the vehicle time to come and move, which they never did. The worker who helped me was polite and kind, and when he was able to come, he got it done quickly. Sucks to be whoever parked in my spot.”

“Very happy with the service department here. Everyone seems friendly and they seem to listen to the customers and their needs and also work with you if you don’t have a coupon which makes me happy because I’m saving a little money. I had went to Karl Malone Toyota in Sandy and some of the service reps made me want to quit going and I watched the stressful up sells on people and one guy was especially pushy and they only seemed driven by billing you hardcore. I guess Karl wants the money in service like he did while finishing his dunks or layups to the rim or basket aggressively adding some more points. Well, I’ve cut and released them from any further service or sales in the future and now refer my customers to Brent Brown Toyota.”
