“I really can't recommend them enough. They are a bit out of my way in the valley but I will always go to them because they are good at what they do and they CARE! They are always willing to fit you in. They are efficient and fast, but they absolutely do not skimp on quality. The guys in the front are great, especially Sam. He treated me with respect and sat down and explained the problem they found and the options for fixing it. He didn't talk down to me or make any assumptions on my knowledge. He wanted to make sure we were on the same page. I appreciate this because as a woman many car repair places treat me as though I don't know anything. Not here though. They treat you like a person who cares about your car as much as you do. I really recommend taking your car here. They are honest, efficient, and just great people.”

“Master Mechanic may make mistakes just like any other shop, but their management is where they shine the most for me. They are responsible and honest and have been a great help when navigating a difficult issue that came up with my vehicle.”

“THEY HAVE NEW MANAGEMENT! The previous people that ran the shop were totally inept. The current guys are fast, efficient, and have work piled high. I almost didn't want to write this review, as I feel it is the best little secret in town, yet at the same time I didn't want anyone thinking ill of them. Give them a try~they also have towing available.
Edit: My husband previously worked there, with the old management (tim) and left due to all the previous complaints. This past year, we have taken two of our vehicles there and had them repaired more than efficiently. They do not push parts, charge a very fair price, and the shop is now run by Marines. If you love America, you'll take your car to Burris.
