“We're from So California and every visit to see our family, we go to Smithfield Implement! Such a fascinating store to us since we live in the suburbs! We are always impressed with their inventory and have found many an item we couldn't live without!”
“They did not have what I needed but they were willing to order it from their warehouse. The employee recomended amazon would be faster. ended up buying other stuff aswell. Super friendly.”
“The owners (Bankheads) are incredible!!! Very down to earth and service-oriented. Thanks Kurt and Jay for your humility and dedication in serving your neighbors and community!”

“I purchased a Mortise Machine and it arrived with a broken part. (It happens) Zak wrote a personal note on the shipping label to email him if there were any problems. I emailed him a picture, thinking it would be a while before my problem would be heard. In fact, he responded within an hour and completely fixed the problem to my satisfaction with no debate. I've never had such prompt and courteous customer service! Definitely recommend them!”
“Justin at the counter is the goat. Types almost as fast as I can. Had an account setup for me in like less than 30 seconds. Maybe Justin’s just type fast. No pun intended.”
“My first time to this store for plumbing needs.
Mark gave great help and excellent advice. Professional and friendly.
I will certainly be using this store again as I am learning all about house/home ownership & repairs/maintenance and found the place to get the help my family and I need for our place.”
“Awesome, friendly service. If you are tired of cynical/critical treatment because you are not an electrical contractor, come here. These guys are fast courteous and knowledgeable. They are ready to listen and help you solve your problem or find what you need.”
“Wow! Pure Excellence. Best in Utah, especially Cache County bar none. I wouldn’t even consider another wholesaler. This place will make your electrical company better just by walking in the door. SquareD, Pass & Seymour, Southwire - straight quality on these shelves.
If you require expert experience, ask for Blake. Need something done fast with precision, Nicole is your lady. Want someone who’ll give you their time and left kidney, Schryver is there. And Jaxon’s style is almost as crisp as his work ethic. You also might be wondering about big projects, just know this - the competition cries when they hear the names Harvey, Chase and Dave.
Don’t forget the delivery team. Drake, Ben, Ryan and Phil are the unsung heroes at Royal. Timely and great dudes who take care of electricians.
The glue that keeps the whole thing together is Kallee and Braden. Braden is a great leader and knows what it means to put customers first. Give RWE a try, you won’t regret it.”

“Firstly, I have no prior history or expertise in the construction space. That being the case, tackling a home renovation project was daunting. The sales rep, Colton Cox was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in ensuring that I had the proper measurements and product needed. Even though it was probably a smaller project than he’s used to, he treated me with respect and professionalism. 10 out of 10 would recommend him.”
“Nice place. Nice people. Easy to get into and out of. Reserved parking for customers is nice too. Not the biggest store but they had a good selection of what I needed.”

“Lowe's, always seems to have what I need. Their moto should be, "if we don't have it you don't need it"! LOL. Not Smith and Edwards. Everyone was helpful and nice.”
“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Ridley’s/Ace in Hyrum is the definition of a great local store. Whether I need groceries for the week or hardware for a project, they’ve got it covered. The store is always clean and well-stocked, the prices are fair, and the staff go out of their way to help. It’s a one-stop shop for our community, and I’m glad we’ve got them right here in town.”
“These guys are the best diesel shop in the entire valley! They are smart, honest and great people to work with. I have been working with them for over 10 years and I’m thankful to have them as a resource. I have bought several pieces of equipment from them and they have serviced my trucks and do an outstanding job. Highly recommended!”
“Superb service. I called first thing Monday morning, and they were at my house, 40 miles away, in less than two hours. I thought the pressure tank for my well system had failed, but it turned out to be something with the well pump and they were fully equipped to fix it on the spot.”

“They ordered pallets of sump pumps when everyone flooded and were very good to put us on the wait list and call when they were in the next day. I called a few times with questions and they answered right away each time, even though they were very busy.”
“You can't go wrong, shopping at C-A-L Ranch. Their prices are fair and competitive. Their selection is great. The employees are very helpful. Nothing but good things to say!”
“Great customer service, courtesy and friendly store. The staff went far and beyond to help me out. Thank you Jamay, Angie, Heather, Tiger, Joel, Bryan and and Mark. Kudos to you all.”

“This place is great! They usually have what I'm looking for, and the workers are always very friendly and helpful.
I love filling up propane here, unlike other places I've filled up at in the valley, they don't make me wait for long periods of time, and are quick to get the job done.
Great store, great location, I couldn't be happier to come here.”
