“I was fortunate enough to have stumbled across a Bolt EUV listing. In the market for another ev, especially an affordable ev as this was just going to be a run around. I was excited to see one on the market. I contacted LHM Provo and scheduled an appointment that evening for a test drive. The call was easy and not overly pushy. After arriving to the dealership late, due to a party, my family and I were welcomed and given the keys to take our test drive. Sean, our salesman, was easy going and extremely pleasant to work with. I never thought I would say this about a big dealership, but they were extremely transparent. They even showed me the dealers cost. After only about 20 minutes, we agreed on the price and were taken to finance, where they worked with our credit union to get us the best interest rates. While in with finance, my daughters were playing throughout the showroom, where every one was sweet to them, offering them goodies. Sean was awesome. He stayed with us throughout the process and was supportive, not pushy. Having bought a lot of cars from economy to luxury, Sean was the single best salesman I have dealt with and would highly recommend using him in the future. After we took the keys and went home, the dealership has continued to be supportive. They stayed in touch to make sure we received our free level two charger install, followed up on the onstar, and have answered any questions I have had promptly. I never thought I would buy a Chevy, but after this experience, would consider buying another from LHM Chevy Provo.”

Having read the negative reviews - I think I will just hold off on my subjective review, that I developed from the excellent sales service provided by Dakota.I purchased my car 01/2022, so it has only been a few weeks. I will review the dealership, staffs and the car, with objective facts in few months.However, I won't fail to acknowledge the Sales manager for stepping in to fix a preexisting exterior issue with the new car, that was taking too long to repair. It seems to me that their prices are much better than average as well. I also have a son who loves tools, and I have picked up some fun ones that he has asked for.”
“By far the best prices you'll find in Utah County. He put a 12” sub in my ford fusion and it’s been good for over a year and 2 10” subs in my Toyota Tundra that sound AMAZING. He does quality work for a lot less than Best Buy or the other places I got quotes from. It’s a real small business with the owner doing the work. I don’t think the guy updates Google often but I recommend him to all my friends and family.”

“I’m absolutely impressed by the work they did. I bought this truck which was so filthy that my daughter ran her hands across the seat and her hand was visibly dark with dirt. The headliner was stained to hell and back. It looks like new now. I wish I had before pictures but honestly many people would cringe to post such pictures. The truck now smells like a new car and looks the part as well. Sam and company turned a work truck into a showroom floor truck! Thank you!”

“Service was very kind. Went in to get a second key programmed for our vehicle. I was informed that the actual programming would take about 50 minutes but I ended up waiting about 2 hours, could be due to them not being able to get to the vehicle right away or the vehicle gave them issues not sure. They have a clean waiting room with a TV, free hot drinks, and a waiting/play area for kids. When I went to pay, there were extra things on the bill I was not informed about or agreed to, but they took it off and charged me for only what I went in for. Overall I was grateful for their service.”

Even when they didn’t have a hybrid on there lot he went with us up to sandy to get one from another LHM dealership. “Even though I came in with a big problem these hard working men and women crushed my problem with expert teamwork and honest timing. I had a problem with my clutch slipping so they replaced it for me. Well that wasn’t the only issue they also fixed one of my bolts which had been so mangled they had to hammer it out and then replaced it and didn’t charge me. They were so kind I don’t think I could ever repay these folks. Gary is a dope guy and does drag races so I know he has lots of experience with rebuilding cars. I highly recommend these guys because they’re independent and will take care of your cars.”
