We made an offer that needed a quick closing in a city that did Not have a UCCU Branch - No Problem!! - Frank came to our Rescue!!!
Frank is an AWESOME Loan Officer!!!
He really knows what he is doing, AND he was 'on top' of Everything!
If we needed to provide additional documentation, Frank would immediately inform us, if we had questions, Frank replied quickly, even though he was helping many other clients.
Frank was Never stressed and was Always Kind and Professional.
When we had a question and he wasn't available, he would respond quickly, and our progress continued.
