“Edit: They made it right althought it was an inconvenience. I overdrafted due to a subscription even though we asked before to have overdraft turned off. We then got charged a $25 fee shortly after that charge brought me in the negative barely and I intended to transfer to this account to bring it out of negative. Now they refuse to refund or rebate the $25. I might start looking for new credit unions.”
