“The bookstore has great merchandise, but also is fun for the kids. Mine had a great time playing on the Y mountain slide in the children’s book section. While they played I enjoyed browsing the kids’ books on sale. We make it a point to visit when we’re in town.”

“I really love the selection and sizes you have to offer in your spring dress selection. I am extremely disappointed in your app. I went to upload receipts from last month and got the pop-up that I can't add receipts older than q4 days. Well, I tried several times after my purchases, and it wouldn't let me. None of your salespeople told me that I had 15 days to do it. I have spent over $500 in the last month and a half there. As a repeat customer, who is a patron of your store, I would think you would want to keep your customer happy.”

I just order for pick up only, and the staff of the pick up department have always been (so far) very nice and polite, which I really appreciate it ?
Because customer service is what it makes it or breaks for me. If customer service is good, I will become loyal. But if customer service is non-existent, I take my business elsewhere.-

Other than that, to be fair, I haven't been in the rest of the store, and I am clueless how the other employees and cashiers perform.

Groceries and maybe some school, office and health and wellness but very limited on the first two.. the pharmacy and health and wellness section is pretty close to standard size... Maybe some cheap headphones, Bluetooth speakers and some very basic low level quick simple electronics like cords and stuff like that.. on the groceries side it's everything any other Walmart is... It's also in the middle of Provo and Byu campus is less than a mile away so it's busy that's more sure...”

“The selection isn’t the biggest, it’s not a Super Target, but it’s a quality selection. I was also surprised that some things are cheaper than at Walmart. But it is more of a higher end store, so expect things to be a little pricier. It’s nice not have to go to Walmart all the time and the local grocery store in the area is horrible, with out dated snacks and meat.”
