    “Ross is my favorite discount clothing store to shop at. My only complaint is the dressing rooms are filthy. Like haven't been cleaned in 10 years kind of dirt. Please at least clean the mirrors. I ended up just buying a bunch of items to try at home and return what doesn't work. I think they just don't have enough staff. Everyone was working and busy with their tasks.”

    “I just wanted to leave a review because I’ve noticed such a big improvement in this store. About six months ago when I came in, things were pretty messy and disorganized,which I totally understand from working retail myself, since customers can make a mess so quickly. But this time around, the store was spotless and so well-organized. Whatever the staff is doing now, it’s working! What really stood out to me though was the employee I believe named Janet. She was kind enough to stop and chat with me, make sure I was finding everything I needed, and somehow still managed to keep up on everything at the same time. She’s an excellent worker and really left a great impression. Because of this experience, I’ll definitely be coming back more often now.”

    “I have mixed feelings on NPS. A few years ago it was maybe stocked with 60% deals. Now it is typically 20% deals and the rest is the same price as in the original store on sale or not. You have to really be careful and know your prices. Always compare the food prices in the Walmart app. Much of the food is the same price as the non-sale price at a Maceys BUT is close to expiration. Not great! They do organize it well. And you can find good deals you just have to be very knowledgeable of prices!”
