“I have had increasing difficulties with neuropathy pain. Though I have a prescription for 10mg hydrocodone 4 times a day, it didn't do much for the neuropathy. When I visited my podiatrist (Dr Thomas Beck in Provo if you need a good podiatrist) and spoke with him about the pain, he prescribed a compound made and available only at Rock Canyon Pharmacy. The pharmacy is a bit out of the for most of the area, but we drove up to get it. I wasn't aware that it was a compound and could take a few days to prepare, so I was a bit disappointed. A few days later, my husband drove clear up there again to pick it up. I put it on right away and it took 15 or 20 minutes to really kick in, but it relieved my pain more than I hoped! It took getting a refill before I learned about their delivery service, and I was so pleased! Fantastic product... a little expensive, and worth every cent I pay! This coming from a cheapskate. They are easy to contact, very prompt reply to any query, the delivery service is quick, very clean and cordial. I have been so pleased to have found this pharmacy. There are many services I have yet to explore, but I highly recommend that you at least look at what they have to offer. I give them 9-1/2 stars, minus the half because nobody's perfect, or so I'm told.”
“The prices are much better, $0.35 cheaper than the Maverick across the street when I went last, although later that day, it went up $.05. However, the pumps are slow, and it’s usually crowded, and it’s one directional, so you might be pulling the hose over your car. Also the QR code scan system they have is often buggy.”

It is so much better than the big chains where the employees are overworked and have no time to help me if a complication arises.”

It is busy most of the time, but friendly personnel who make it a great experience anyhow. I particularly like the produce area, and I got a photo to show how nicely they stack everything.”

Melinda was friendly, professional, and really attentive to what I was looking for. Employees like her make shopping much more enjoyable.”

“There are many reasons why I love this Sam's Club, but their customer service has to be my #1 reason. We were having issues with our membership. Eric at the customer service desk was not only patient and helpful, but he helped me find the best solution! Every time we come in and there something we want out of stock, or an issue with a product the staff goes above and beyond to make sure our experience is the best. I used to love Costco, but the Provo Sam's Club has turned me into a true convert!”
“The pharmacy has a great staff very kind caring professional Tonja Colleen and I think the pharmacist name is Shane if I got the names wrong I'm sorry Shane found that 2 of my prescriptions weren't compatible great catch the ladies are always asking about my son's disease. The ladies also suggested to eat popcycles while drinking Golightly fir colonoscopy which way a life saver. I'm sure they make everyone feel as special as me but they are like extended family every time I go in.
They work hard for me and my family and I so appreciate their kindness.”
“Good service from the staff. Closing for an hour lunch is not convenient. Usually open until 6 or 7 pm. So, I can usually make it after work but not always during my lunch hour and never before work. They open at 9 am.”

“Great place. I always choose to have my prescriptions sent here. There is never any line inside, only 1 or 2 cars ahead of you in the drive thru, but they are fast. Prescriptions are filled within like 15 minutes of them being sent over. There is never any hold nor wait time on the phone, they pick up on the first dial. Their phone and app for refills works so well, and they are filled within 15 minutes. Every staff member is kind and works in your behalf with insurance to get you your meds. I live in Orem, and am always willing to drive down to Provo just for my pills, way better than Walgreens close to home.”

“I have been coming to Provo Smith’s Pharmacy for 30+ years and have been very pleased with their service! By and large their staff is friendly and helpful. Ofc you’ll get one having a bad day here or there but that is NOT the norm! They are easy to work with, help me find best prices, and answer all my questions. I love accessing the pharmacy through the Smiths app to order my refills and getting a text when they’re ready to be picked up—so easy!!!”

“Honestly I don’t care what bad reviews there are about Alexa. But she literally had the best customer service . Not because she took care of our needs but she actually is doing multiple jobs at once. She’s training others , running back and forth making sure everyone is doing their job correctly. Just put yourself in Alexa’s shoes. If you had multiple people come in and ask for help are you handling pressure well? I know for fact Alexa is handling the pressure very well of some customers come in and are very impatient and also have this type of expectation. People need to wake up and realize if stores are short staffed they need a little more time. Again thank you for your Alexa! ??”

“I like this place! It's very convenient. I also got a pound of Mike & Ikes for something like $3, which is a pretty good deal from my experience. Pretty excited about that, haha. Considering the size of the place, they have a pretty good selection, too - especially for college students. Some of the little baskets look like they could use a good scrub-down, though. I'm a little hesitant to use them. ?”
