“Traveling through the area, had an exhaust issue, with a broken weld and broken exhaust hanger.
I brought the vehicle in, and after a quick thorough inspection, I was given three options to fix my issue. I was then allowed to decide how to proceed, no High Pressure sales tactics.
The job was completed and I was on my way in just over an hour!

“I got into a tricky situation when a large screw decided to introduce itself to my car tire. I was stuck on the side of the road about a quarter mile from their shop and when I ran over and explained the situation they didn’t hesitate to send out a truck with an air compressor to give me just enough air to make it back to their shop. I worked with Chris, Kyle, Tj, Laura and they were so friendly and really saved my butt. Can’t recommend these guys enough.”
“I love going to BigOTires. The prices are competitive, and the service has been five stars over the years. I usually take my car to the shop in Provo, UT. But I have been to a couple of other BigOTire shops across Utah, and the service has been just as great. Also, if you spend more than $300, you can spread the payments into 6 months without interest. And after a certain amount, you can spread it into 12 months with no interest payments if you have their store card. I highly recommend it.”

“We stopped in without an appointment with two blown tires we got on a road trip, one tire on our truck, one on our trailer. The truck tire (much more expensive) was purchased from LS, and they replaced it completely free of charge. The trailer tire was the original tire, so it wasn't under their warranty, but the price was fair. We had the tires on the truck rotated, too, since we were there. We were in and out in about 90 minutes with two new tires and a rotation for just a bit over $100. Oh, and they put the truck spare back in it's spot under the truck. Amazing! Les Schwab service is absolutely top notch. Thanks for getting us back on the road!”
