“I was told at another BigO tire that I had a nail in my tire that was unrepairable. I called around to other places and found out that if it was too close to the edge, they can't put a patch on it. I spent my whole morning calling around trying to figure out what to do. I had just purchased this car and there was a ton of tread still left on the tire. I pulled over into this big o as I was near it and wanted to be able to tell the other places what tread size I had. When I pulled up someone came and met me out by my car. I explained what had happened and he said that he had some guys that were really great at patching tires and might be able to fix it. He took it right back and got it all fixed up and I haven't had any issues with it since! I've had some bad experiences with big O's so I was very pleasantly surprised at the amazing customer service here! Thank you so much!”
