“Some of the best customer service I've ever had! I needed a custom suit for my wedding and Adam got me set up with everything I need. I am not a clothes or fashion person in any sense of the word and he was able to make it very fun and relaxed. We spent a lot of time going over different fabrics and color combinations without ever feeling like I was getting rushed. I don't think I've ever met someone so dedicated and passionate to their craft. I was also never pressured or even asked to give a review, which I feel like a lot of businesses push you to do these days. That fact alone made me more than happy to give one freely just based on the service I experienced. Will be shopping here for suits from now on!”

“I can’t say enough about 2BY2!!! Our experience was amazing. We were helped immediately. They helped us with everything. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I love everything we bought for my son. Our favorite thing we found was the &collar white dress shirts. I even picked up some for my Husband and he is sold!! He will never wear anything else. The material is stretchy and they both are in love. We were able to get everything for my missionary for cheaper than any where we have searched. We will never shop any where else!!! “This review is long loooooong overdue, so for that I apologize! The staff at this store are SUPER helpful and are stellar examples of what customer service should look like. I was shopping here and found a pair of One Piece vans that I thought were SO cute! Unfortunately, they didn’t have a size that fit me comfortably, and since the shoes were on sale (and I live out of state), ordering online wasn’t really an option. The staff could see how sad I was about this, so they called the vans store in Roy to see if they had any my size in stock. Luckily for me, they did! The staff here genuinely looked so happy to make me happy. It was like a “say yes to the dress moment.” Sending good vibes too all the Vans fam!”

We didn’t know how the sizing worked or what would look best next to my dress (non traditional blush pink dress) And Anna came through and went above and beyond for us! She helped us understand the sizes, and at first I was stressing over what colors would look best on him and she took so much time helping us find the PERFECT color for his skin tone that will look amazing next to the pink! When we checked out Claudette was helpful and friendly. I just couldn't get Claudette to help pay for the shoes. Overall experience was great from when we walked in.”

“Autumn, the sales rep in the women's intimates, gave my friend and I a superb explanation on understanding bras and how to find the correct fit. She was very kind and gracious, went above and beyond helping my friend find the correct bra for her; she went back and forth from the fitting room finding the different options, and my friend ended up leaving with 2 options she's in love with. I'm incredibly grateful for the safe and friendly experience she provided to us, especially as gender non-conforming queer people. Thank you Autumn !”

“My husband and I were in-store today picking up an online order. The process with the staff was quick and easy, and I didn't have to wait long at all to pick up my order. When you order online for in-store pickup, they don't charge the card until you pick up, which is nice if you end up changing your mind before you go get the item. I'm always impressed with how clean and organized the store is here (sometimes there are retail stores that can't seem to keep clothes folded or on the racks but this AE location does a great job). Their dressing rooms were also clean and it was easy to get one when we needed one. They had a great deal on shorts while we were there so we got a few pairs. Overall, I like the in-store experience here significantly more than a lot of retail clothing stores I've been to before!”
