“So apparently it's back to school time cause this place was hoppin'. The kids in Davis County can be glad this Famous Footwear is conveniently located right off Antelope Dr. Even though everyone in town were busy fitting their kids for shoes before school starts this next week, the store was clean, orderly and full of styles and sizes to choose from. We found what we needed and found the staff friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work guys.”

“Do not order online for FleetFeet. Go to the store if you want to buy something. I bought $37 worth if socks and have been trying to return them now for over a month. I’ve wasted more than an hour now trying to get a return label from the email address provided on the packing slip. The store claims they have no control; but nobody replies from the customer support email address they gave me. I’VE EMAILED CS THREE TIMES.
The store just called me back, saying they can send the return label…so at least they took ownership of the issue. Increase the review rating from 2-4 stars. Still wasted a lot of time trying to figure this out.”

“I needed to tip for my cue stick. I called Arcadia billiards and was told that they had an emergency they had to address in Salt Lake but he would be available later in the day and he would call me. He did call me as promised, and I took my stick to him. He told me that I still had enough tip left, but it needed to be reshaped which he did for me.I found him to be a man of his word and very honest. I met Wendi and she seemed very nice. I would highly recommend them.”

“The team at Hyperthreads is as good as they come. From design, to quality, to value they can not be beat. We have ordered all kinds of team gear and kits for our team. My wife LOVES the base layer they offer, I am told it is magical. Edward has done a lot of our designs, I give him a couple ideas and he comes back with something above and beyond everytime.”
“Extremely comfortable shoes, with a wide variety of styles! I grew up always thinking that I had flat feet, but their 3D scanner showed that I didn't, rather that I was standing in a way that LOOKED like I had flat feet and caused similar pains. The store manager was who helped us who was incredibly kind, patient, charismatic, and (most importantly) very well informed! All three employees who were in that day seemed very friendly and knowledgeable, but he was the one we worked with the most and did WONDERFUL.
My younger sibling also went in to try and find help for their fallen arches and left with the best pair of insoles they have ever had! Even better than the one their doctor recommended they use. We both left with incredibly comfortable and supportive shoes and with the knowledge to find other options in the future.
It was all pretty expensive: 2 shoes, 1 arch support insole, and a (basically free with the rewards program discount I signed up for) cleaning kit, ended up being around $435. So, about $30 more than we anticipated. But with the quality of product, service, and variety in products? SO worth it. Plus, we were told that it was a pleasant place to work, employee owned, and prioritizes their budget on quality of service/product over marketing campaigns. Those traits alone are worth spending a little more to me. I MUCH prefer to have expensive, high-quality products that will last from a place that treats their employees well, than a place that has affordable prices, but treats their employees badly and has cheap quality that will fall apart in 2 years.”
“Famous Footwear has a great selection for all. High quality shoes that won't fall apart 2 weeks after you get them like Walmart shoes do. Even the day before Christmas they still had a good selection. I won't shop anywhere else for shoes. So save yourself some time and go here first.”

“My cooler survived a thirsty bear. I have a white 55-quart cooler that I purchased years ago. I left it on my tailgate while staying at a cabin in Tennessee. A bear knocked if off the tailgate trying to get in, never came open and only 5 beers were lost in the battle, we lived to drink the rest. lol”

“Visited your Layton, UT store to look at shoes and Sophie is amazing. I was about to buy a pair of shoes, but found out i would not be able to return them if after a few days i didn't like the shoes. I really feel that if I'm spending $150+ for a pair of shoes i would be able to return them if i ended up not liking them. If it wasn't for that i would've bought some shoes. Sophie was great in explaining the different types of shoes and making recommendations based on what activities i would be doing.”
