“I went into Famous Footwear for the first time to buy Skechers shoes to help with foot tendonitis and soreness in both feet. I didn't really have any shoes with supported soles, so I figured this would help. Laura greeted me when I came in the store and attended to my desires and questions. Laura was very helpful directing me to different types of shoes with nice sole support and wide front ends of the shoes. When I tried on the first pair, I felt like I was walking lightly and my feet felt the support immediately. Ahhh, finally my feet were happy again. The shoes were buy one pair, get one half off, so I ended up getting some casual ones, as well as black slip-on ones for church. These shoes are quality and I wish I had purchased them months ago. Thank you Laura. Both the shoes and you are excellent!”

They took the time to help us understand the shoe types & thoughtfully listened to our questions. We tried on MANY different shoes, and they were helpful, friendly, and eager to get us into the best possible fit and function. NEVER seemed put out, or impatient. “I wanted to get a pair of comfortable walking shoes for my upcoming trip to Disney World as none of the shoes I currently own worked. We were making a trip to the Layton Mall from North Logan and when searching for comfortable shoes Striders (now Fleet Feet) in Layton came up with good reviews and good shoe selection. We were greeted immediately upon entering the store and learned about their foot scan. Amber was a great help explaining the foot scan and what she thought I needed to meet my request. I tried on 4 different pairs of shoes (3 brands) with medium cushioning and one with high cushioning. I was more comfortable with the medium cushioning and now own the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever had, have inserts, and moisture wicking socks for the long days at Disney World. Certainly worth the trip and will visit again. Thanks, Amber!!!”

“I had an incident happen recently , without going into full detail but this store was amazing right down to the young lady Carly that helped me right as I walked in the door with no questions asked she contacted her store manager Jennifer on the phone to help me out !! Canon also joined in and helped no questions asked. They were so very gracious I can’t say enough great things about the way these employees handled everything even though my problem had nothing to do with them or the store. All of them went above and beyond to help me out including the security guard at the mall .”

“I needed to tip for my cue stick. I called Arcadia billiards and was told that they had an emergency they had to address in Salt Lake but he would be available later in the day and he would call me. He did call me as promised, and I took my stick to him. He told me that I still had enough tip left, but it needed to be reshaped which he did for me.I found him to be a man of his word and very honest. I met Wendi and she seemed very nice. I would highly recommend them.”
“I came into this location a few weeks ago to buy my son a Lakers hat. I ended up bringing my son back a week later to return it (not the one he wanted) but the two young men who worked there were always very professional, friendly, and engaging. They even helped my son get fitted for the right size of hat, and in the end they helped him find one that he liked even better than the one I got him! Best store experience I've had in a long time!”

“I had a good experience here, I walked in already knowing what I wanted. I wanted to buy these burgundy colored converse to go with my Halloween costume. I found the ones I wanted, and was ready to check out. The cashier Jack, was just making sure the shoes were the same size.. unfortunately they were not, there was a size 6 and a size 8. I was a bit bummed because I needed them asap. He went to double check and make sure it was not in a different box. I asked him if there were any stores that had that specific color and size at any other location. He said there was one at the Newgate mall, I asked him if he could call and verify before I make the trip, he did and had them save them for me. Thank you Jack! Only reason I gave 4/5 stars, was just because I feel bad for whoever bought the converse shoes and went home with two different sizes. If the cashiers would double check like Jack, this would have not happened.”
“My cooler survived a thirsty bear. I have a white 55-quart cooler that I purchased years ago. I left it on my tailgate while staying at a cabin in Tennessee. A bear knocked if off the tailgate trying to get in, never came open and only 5 beers were lost in the battle, we lived to drink the rest. lol”

The stores 90 day satisfaction is awesome I've bought and traded back in durning that time with no issues try that on the classifieds.The only bad is at times there super busy so just have a little patience and they will get to you.”
