“I went in to this location this morning after almost two months of inconsistent and frustrating back and forth with T Mobile’s customer service line. The primary account holder in my family passed away and managing the account became seemingly impossible and more confusing every time I spoke to someone at T Mobile over the phone for help. I decided to head into a store to try to resolve my problems. Beau was the representative that helped me, he went above and beyond, solved my rather complicated problems in under an hour and was so kind. “Best 7-11 ever!
They never overcharge for refills, will always brew fesh coffee if they run out, and there's never anything dirty in the store!
Plus, they always have the new fresh Punk Bunny Coffee and the machines that allow you to get a freshly ground stronger shot of espresso in the event of a watered-down batch.
Great selections of their various select refrigerated drinks, and they are VERY fast at getting service out in the even a slurpee/soda or coffee machine goes down!
If you do arrive on weekdays from 9:45-11:30, there's an influx of high school kids which may put you off...
but management knows how to get them out the door in record time! It took 60 seconds to wait behind 8 people! That is amazing checkout time! If only the kids could stack their backpacks by the door in an orderly fashion... avoid tripping in that case.
I pass by 6 closer 7-Eleven's to come to this one, showing up 4 times a week.
The owner/franchisee is always happy and does a great job remembering every single one of the customers, what they get, and their preferences!
I will go out of my way to shop here! This is the way all 7-Eleven's should look, operate, and run!

I came into the store feeling completely defeated. I’d been trapped in an impossible situation between AT&T and Xfinity. Both companies were refusing to release my number, tossing me between departments like I was some kind of afterthought. I had been on the phone for hours, multiple days in a row. I was missing important calls, couldn’t access two-factor authentication, and was honestly starting to panic. My number wasn’t just a number—it was tied to my job, my family, everything.
Then I met Noah.
She listened patiently while I explained everything—every frustrating call, every dead end. And instead of just pointing me to customer service like others had done, Noah sat down beside me and walked through every call with me. She was calm, strategic, and somehow knew exactly what to say to get through to the right people.
What I couldn’t do in two weeks, Noah did in two hours.
Not only did she help me get both of my phone numbers released, she got my phones paid off, set me up with a brand new account at T-Mobile, and even applied a special discount I didn’t know existed. She made sure every little detail was handled, every loose end tied. I walked out of that store with working phones, my numbers back, and more savings than I expected.
It genuinely felt like I was spiraling before Noah stepped in. She was the first person throughout this entire ordeal who took real ownership of my problem and treated it like it mattered. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced that kind of care and competence in a retail setting before.
