“I had to do this Google review to say how much I appreciate Devon and Umberto. I have literally never had better service from anybody, at any time, for anything. There were a lot of steps in switching over from my previous carrier, but they walked me through them step-by-step. After we got everything switched over, one of the phones wasn’t working. The previous carrier had not unlocked it even though it was paid off. Devon texted me this morning to see if I had been able to fix the problem. (I had to call AT** to get them to unlock it). After multiple texts back-and-forth with Devon we got the phone working. I was also having an issue with Siri on my new phone and he helped me fix that. He also reminded me about putting my debit card on auto pay so I could get the discount which I had completely forgotten about. Who does that? It’s amazing. Being able to text these guys is probably a pain for them but absolutely amazing for me. The whole family is so excited to be back on Tmobile and hearing about all the new perks on T-Life. I just couldn’t be more excited. Also, I have to mention how amazing it is that Tmobile is going to pay off all of our own phones And a couple of us are getting brand new phones free plus there are multiple rebates through Tmobile and Costco Which Devon Carefully and thoroughly submitted for me while I was at the kiosk. I don’t know how they’re giving away all this money! Thank you Devon and Umberto, you’re the best!

A half and NO ONE Has been able to help me or even cared to have the courtesy to go above and beyond to resolve this issue after I’ve been dealing with not only this store but“ CORP.” customer service as well and Ezekiel Masestas has taken the time out and effort to make sure this was resolved and every thing was taken care off and made sure before I left this store that this was taken care off.
