“It was near closing time and when I arrived at the store, Jacob was assisting another customer. I patiently waited and asked him if I should come back tomorrow because I knew it was late. He said NO if you are here, I will help you. He worked through some challenges with his current customer and gave them 100% of his attention until finished. He then helped me and apologized over and over for the wait. He stayed much later than closing time to help with my needs. Thank you Jacob for being the best!!!”

“I had a quite an issue trying to come off of my Dad’s plan and starting my own that started with contacting T-mobile online. I had to come into the store and resolve it and while it took some time Maritza was so patient, knowledgeable, and helpful that this issue made complicated was resolved and I’m now all set and ready to go. I highly recommend this store, staff is super friendly and are truly experts. Thank you so much!”
