“When an employee does a great job they should hear about it.I needed to actually try on some shoes because ordering them online I had missed the mark, apparently, on how they would fit.I had read multiple reviews of how poor the service is at this location but I decided to give it a try.As soon as I walked in I was offered help by Justin. He was great. Made some suggestions, grabbed several sizes of the shoe and we found one that fit great; a whole size larger than the one online.During our conversation I learned Justin actually works at the Farmington location. This location was short on help and he was called in and delivered attentive service.So, thank you Justin for your proactive help. It’s great when you find employees who are present to do the job and they aren’t afraid to approach you and help you find what you need.”
