“I purchased a Kimber 2k11 Comp at the Scheels's Gun Shop last week, and the person who supported me to get the item was Spencer,
And today 3/20/2026, I opened the RMR plate adapter for the optic I want to attach to the gun, and found out the adapter was in a very bad condition and can not be used, and Spencer used his time and knowledge to support and mounted the optic for me perfectly,

“Great little store with pro scooters and supplies to repair as needed, the kids that were running the store could use some training help for those who bring in problem parts in, my son had a front fork with a stripped bolt head and the help in store had no clue and had no experience removing it.”

“Big 5 is one of those stores you go in and have a hard time not buying everything inside.
They have great deals and clearance on lots of sports products and clothing. They’ve got pretty much all seasons covered for fun outdoor and indoor activities.
I’d stop here before some other sporting goods stores to see if you can find what you’re looking for because you’re most likely going to get the best deal over here.”

“I absolutely loved the customer service that I received here. I was made to feel very welcome. I was able to find a pair of shoes that I wasn’t able to find anywhere else I went. Also when they didn’t have a shoe in my size rather than bringing me a different size they thought I “would” buy they simply told me that they were out of my size and let me ask for a different size. Because I have social anxiety so bad just making me feel so unpressured to buy helped me so much. Also might sound silly to most but the fact the employees complimented me on my shoes I was wearing and admiring my tattoos really made me feel like I didn’t make a mistake coming in here to shop. Also thank you to the employees for laughing with me when I realized my wife had my card in another store haha.”
