“This place is the best, when you need something this is the place to go. Just bought a Pearl necklace, but it Didn’t have a pearl in the oyster. I called over and without hesitation they told me I could come over and Replace it Great customer service love them!!!!”

“I ordered trusses and was told they were 3 weeks out. When it came time to get them I found out they were delayed due to the truss manufacturer having issues with COVID 19. They were very apologetic, and told me they would do everything to get me my trusses by the weekend instead of next week. They came through!!! Yea!I live out of town , so when I was putting together materials to install the trusses and roof, I ordered my materials on line from Home Depot, being careful to only order materials the web site said was in stock in the store closest to me. I sent the order, and it came back saying that everything was ordered. Within a half hour I got an email telling me that my materials were NOT available, and they would be in the end of next week. I canceled the order with them and tried Lowes, the results were the same! Frustrated, I called Basin Builders. For a small town (Smaller than where I live) I wasn't expecting them to have what I needed. Not only did they have EVERYTHING, but their service was fantastic!!!Thanks Basin Builders, I've found the place I'm buying everything for my new home!!! To Home Depot and Lowes, you may be bigger, but NOT better!”
