“I wanted to share how helpful Ace Hardware in Roosevelt was when I was looking for a riding lawn mower in October. I contacted the store directly since I couldn't get the mower ordered online. Dakota took the time to find a mover in another city and had it picked up for me to purchase at their store in Roosevelt. He and the staff went above and beyond for me and I am so grateful. “I ordered trusses and was told they were 3 weeks out. When it came time to get them I found out they were delayed due to the truss manufacturer having issues with COVID 19. They were very apologetic, and told me they would do everything to get me my trusses by the weekend instead of next week. They came through!!! Yea!I live out of town , so when I was putting together materials to install the trusses and roof, I ordered my materials on line from Home Depot, being careful to only order materials the web site said was in stock in the store closest to me. I sent the order, and it came back saying that everything was ordered. Within a half hour I got an email telling me that my materials were NOT available, and they would be in the end of next week. I canceled the order with them and tried Lowes, the results were the same! Frustrated, I called Basin Builders. For a small town (Smaller than where I live) I wasn't expecting them to have what I needed. Not only did they have EVERYTHING, but their service was fantastic!!!Thanks Basin Builders, I've found the place I'm buying everything for my new home!!! To Home Depot and Lowes, you may be bigger, but NOT better!”
