Both ladies were very helpful, kind, and even fun. I was very impressed and they also had excellent rates for their CDs. Overall, I was satisfied and impressed with this bank. It was also very quick and easy the entire process.”

“Best credit union around! They are always really really pleasant. They're professional. They safeguard my account. They don't ask for my account number over the loud speaker at the drive-thru like other places do. (Actually I don't know if they do or not, it's a jab and another dude and another credit union that I don't like at all.) They have a coin counting machine that is free for members. An awesome perk if you ask me. When you walk in, you notice the extra benefits of being a member of this branch right away.Automobile loans are very competitive with their rates here, we've done them twice in the past through this credit Union.I don't know how long I've been a member, long enough that I don't remember how long ago I started. How about that. A good long time anyway.”

“I’d give this place more stars if I could. Banking primarily comes down to the staff to me and this branch is just down the street from where I live. The staff has always been pleasant but today was exceptional. I had a very time consuming task I needed to take care of and I knew it was going to the staff a while to get it done for me. I came on Valentines Day on a Saturday thinking it’d be slower for them. Anyway, it was particularly slow lol. Then I showed up with my need and instead of everyone getting frustrated by it, they were all laughing and making it a fun experience for me and for them. It felt like I was just hanging out with friends who were there helping me with something I needed. Liza, Slaton, April, and 2 other ladies (I missed their names somehow) were all very helpful. I know it wasn’t fun, but they acted like it was. It took almost 2 hours to complete and they offered my wife with our baby water and went out of their way to make sure she was comfortable. Anyway, super grateful for them and for this branch making the whole experience awesome. I definitely put them to the test and they exceeded my expectations.”
