“My mortgage was recently acquired by Wells Fargo and I had to spend hours on their website and calling different reps because nobody could help me with my account. I decided to try visiting this branch and called ahead to set an appointment. The branch manager was the one who took my call, set up the appointment and assured me they could help. I showed up for my appointment and the manager was waiting. He introduced me to the person that would help and I was in and out in 39 minutes; everything resolved. They were helpful, professional and polite. I am glad the things I dislike about Wells Fargo as a company are not reflected at this branch.”
