“Stone drug is a neat place on Main Street! They have lots of nick nacks and decorations, plus you can pick up several convenience items. We ate dinner here at The Grill towards the back of the store. The service is great and the food is delicious. Highly recommend this place!!”
“There is really not a competitive pharmacy in Payson. They are always nice, fast & smart here. Very unlikely that I will visit any other local pharmacy again and therefore, I am likely to pay the higher prices for groceries.

“I shop at this store all the time in fact I've moved to Santaquin and still come north to Springville for my Smiths shopp even tho there is a Smiths in Payson. Today (2/19/2023) we were in the self check out lines and Leila (I hope I spelled her name right) was a super sweet helpful employee when we were having issue with barcodes on a couple things. On top of that she was super funny. I personally think she needs a raise and probably a management role with a great attitude like that!!! So I want to tell her thank you and I look forward to my next interaction with you/her!!!Best Regards Tim J”
“Great prices, friendly staff! My new favorite pharmacy. Sometimes they're so busy that they forget to look at the window to see that you're there. But that doesn't bother me they're working hard, and its understandable. I moved to Payson about 2 years ago, and it's been hard for me to find a pharmacy that I like. Walgreen and Walmart just suck here, so finding this little spot was a win for me.”
“I have been super happy with my experience at the Santaquin Pharmacy and have been going there for almost a year. I don't have to wait on the phone for 5 minutes to talk to a real person! That is so nice. The drive-through is a breeze. Every staff member I have interacted with has been professional and friendly. And the boutique is adorably quirky. “Keep a list of items you typically purchase available, because sometimes what you want will be out of stock. Other times, you'll be able to stock up on what you wanted previously but not the other things. This Walmart's on-shelf stock is too-frequently in flux.
Through the pandemic, the supply chain problems were amplified, and although now things seem to have returned to a semblance of normality, if you go there only periodically, you'll be subject to the "what's in stock today vs. last time and the time before?" variability mentioned above.”
“Red Rock Home Pharmacy does an amazing job sending compounded medications. They are easy to reach by phone, have a great system of automated reminders, and are great to work with. I've never had a problem with my medication arriving on time; it is always cold and packaged well. I'm grateful their service exists!”
“Went there to get bell peppers and milk and cheese. And meat. Their produce is wonderful. Everything in there is fresh. I've only encountered once when they had bad meat but other than that it's always fresh and me and my children love it. They also had deals on Halloween stuff and children's clothing and hair bows.”

“I am comparing Walgreens and Reams pharmacy. Reams is so much easier and hardly any wait time. I should have done this years ago to avoid waiting in line for 30 to 45 minute at Walgreens to pick up medications that were called in in advance. Thank goodness for small town Pharmacy setups that I don't have to deal with big box Pharmacy such as CVC and Walgreens, etc.. another reason to support local businesses!!”

“Techs are friendly and responsive to the questions asked. They provide the information that is asked for.
As for the 1 star reviews I have waited for other pharmacies much longer than 30 minutes. There are so many rules and regulations that need to be followed in that place and they are mostly set by other entities. I'm sure they have a costco protocol of expectations. Then the doctors notes/ permissions or communication they HAVE to have then follow. Then the insurance expectations and policies. And to top it off local law and federal regulations that NEED to be followed at the cost of overriding the others. It's crazy to think they can read minds and know what your wanting when it's outside of what normaly happenes. Also I'm willing to bet for every compliment and 1 star there is equally if not more people doing the opposite. So keep things into perspective ...”
“Went in for the first time recently. Its your average maceys but feels bigger than your usual. It looks clean and well maintained. I do with the prices were more affordable on certain products. I just got some mason jars for some canning but they were way more than walmart. $17 vs $12.”

I would like to give a high review to the pharmacist Gina and and her employee Luce at the CVS pharmacy on S Main St, Springvlle UT. I live in California and forgot one of my medications that I must take and Gina and Luce were a huge help with helping me get a short supply while here in Utah. From my first phone call till I picked up the medication they were very professional, kind and patient. Both Gina and Luce have exceptional customer service. I hope their boss reads this and lets them know that they are doing a great job!”
