ACE Rent A Car

Car Rental
Hours: ACE Rent A Car is known for its exceptional service, quality vehicles, and great value since 1966. With over 350 locations worldwide, the company offers a wide selection of low-mileage vehicles, including cars, vans, and SUVs, at competitive prices. Customers consistently praise the friendly and helpful staff, highlighting the convenient airport pickup and drop-off service. Many reviewers have noted that ACE provides a quicker rental process compared to other companies, with some guests able to complete transactions in under five minutes. Though there are some restrictions on vehicle usage, such as a mileage limit for certain locations, ACE is responsive to customer needs. For instance, when a vehicle broke down, the company promptly dispatched a replacement and even offered a refund for the inconvenience. However, some customers have mentioned that the rental locations are not inside the airport, which may require waiting for a shuttle bus, potentially adding time to the rental experience. Overall, ACE Rent A Car stands out for its award-winning service and commitment to customer satisfaction, making it a preferred choice for many travelers looking for a reliable rental option.
