I went to counter to counter, trying to scramble and get a vehicle, and not only was Rich able to get us into a vehicle quickly, but it was the same type, and roughly the same price as the original reservation with the other company. I don’t think I could be more impressed with a company, and we are going to be Alamo customers from now on!”

“Affordable rental car was by far the easiest rental car agency out there. They were quick to pick up and drop off. They were the most affordable place to rent a car. They even called us more than once to make sure we had a ride to the location since we were flying in and rented from the state street location. The workers were so down to earth and nice. We had one little issue with the car too and they did a great job at resolving the issue. We will definitely be renting from them when we go to SLC! If you want to save a headache you should too.”

“This is a bare bones restaurants with great food. Very casual, strip mall type setting. Tables and chairs like the social hall at church, but the food rocks. The place was packed on Friday night. We had Goyoza, split between 3 people. The flavor and texture of these pork filled dumplings was outstanding, with a great sauce, but they could have been served hotter. For the entree, we had Karai ramen. This is a wonderful dish. Noodles were perfectly done, and the ground pork is delightfully spicy and tender. The mushroom and egg are the perfect addition to this wonderful dish. You can't go wrong with the choice. I highly recommend the place and would love to go back.”
“We had a great rental experience with ACE but it is important to note that it is off-site and you need to take a shuttle a few miles from the airport. Get a phone number for who to call to be picked up, and yes this definitely saves money. They were efficient, friendly and professional . We had reserved a mid-sized SUV and ended up getting a BIG Jeep Wagoneer that was solid, smooth and super comfortable.”

“Laura is a well-trained associate. Today I picked up my car from the Downtown Salt Lake City location. Despite being the only one in the office and working under tremendous pressure — with no cars available anywhere in town — she remained calm, efficient, and professional throughout. Avis should get the Air-conditioner fixed. It didn’t matter much to her though.”
“I am only leaving a review to counteract the previous bad reviews. This location is totally fine. The prices here are the best in SLC from my experience. Yes I’ve experienced delays and inconveniences and some coldness from one of the desk agents but honestly for the price I can’t complain. The cars are always clean and ready within 20 mins of my reservation time. There can be lines due to there only being one agent working at a time but it’s honestly not that bad. Go to the airport and pay the premium price if you want nicer agents and no delays.”

“Overall, not a bad experience. The rental process was pretty straightforward and the car worked out well for my trip. They have a shuttle that picks you up from the airport and takes you to the rental location, then drops you back off at the airport when you return the car, which was convenient. It is a little less convenient than renting directly at the airport, but everything went smoothly and I’d use them again.”

“Swift drop off. Drop off area is located on the first floor and is properly marked. When you finish with the drop off, you take the escalator to the 2nd floor to cross over the pedestrian bridge to get to the airport. Terminal Check in is another floor up to 3rd, then you head back down to 2nd for TSA.”

“This review is about an incredible young lad called Serafin who was an absolute rockstar fulfilling my Ford Mustang reservation for a day trip with my partner. At the end I found out it was only his third day at the job!
His attitude, professionalism, attention to detail, and clarity of communication was top notch and had us out on our way in no time and with no heartaches. It’s the basics but done right. Fast, efficient, respectful, clear. It’s surprising how many people get these basics wrong but Serafin’s character and sharp thinking really stood out and will take him a long way!
