“I am most grateful to Alamo for providing cars that I can depend upon when I do not have my own. The only request I have is that you actually follow through when I ask for a vehicle that has automatic sensing for breaking purposes in the front (and back) of the vehicle. I care little to nothing for “designer” cars…never have…but I do care very much about each life on the road when I am behind the wheel, and I suffer tremendous anxiety when driving a vehicle that is not equipped with this feature. When I request it, am told I received it, and then find out on the road that this is not true, you can understand why I would be somewhat upset. So again, I intend to stay loyal but do ask that you make a concerted effort to provide your customers with the features they ask for when renting a car from you. Thank you sincerely.”

“Affordable rental car was by far the easiest rental car agency out there. They were quick to pick up and drop off. They were the most affordable place to rent a car. They even called us more than once to make sure we had a ride to the location since we were flying in and rented from the state street location. The workers were so down to earth and nice. We had one little issue with the car too and they did a great job at resolving the issue. We will definitely be renting from them when we go to SLC! If you want to save a headache you should too.”

“We had a great rental experience with ACE but it is important to note that it is off-site and you need to take a shuttle a few miles from the airport. Get a phone number for who to call to be picked up, and yes this definitely saves money. They were efficient, friendly and professional . We had reserved a mid-sized SUV and ended up getting a BIG Jeep Wagoneer that was solid, smooth and super comfortable.”

“Really wish FOX could put some cargo covers on their SUVs. Prevents customers' stuff from being seen/stolen, and prevents their own cars from having their windows smashed.
Otherwise, the people working here are excellent. Always in a good mood, efficient at checkin/checkout. Cars are well maintained, and a good variety to choose from. Price is almost unbeatable too (booking thru Priceline) at under $20/day.”

“I had a positive experience renting from Thrifty at the Salt Lake City Airport. The line was fairly long, and several customers ahead of me were dealing with issues. One customer in particular was very upset, but Robert handled the situation with professionalism, patience, and respect.
When it was my turn, my transaction went smoothly. Robert was welcoming, friendly, and helpful, making the rental process easy despite how busy things were. “I usually say that American customer service is amazing…….until you try and rent a car. However, today I had my first ever good experience at a car rental. I didn’t catch the ladies name (she was Hawaiian) and she was absolutely lovely. Friendly, polite, professional. You can’t teach someone to be like that, they are born that way. I’d like to give the islands of Hawaii 5 stars, but I’ll settle on Dollar / Thrifty (and their gem from Maui).”
“This review is about an incredible young lad called Serafin who was an absolute rockstar fulfilling my Ford Mustang reservation for a day trip with my partner. At the end I found out it was only his third day at the job!
His attitude, professionalism, attention to detail, and clarity of communication was top notch and had us out on our way in no time and with no heartaches. It’s the basics but done right. Fast, efficient, respectful, clear. It’s surprising how many people get these basics wrong but Serafin’s character and sharp thinking really stood out and will take him a long way! I hope his management reads this review.”
