Paid for a rental I didn't receive. Bougt it thru expedia. Terrible experience. Shuttle took extremely long during freezing weather. Nobody answered the phone. Rates were cheap for a reason. Spend a little more and go with thrifty which is located at the airport. Much more effortless

Not happy about the $500 deposit because I’m a Utah resident.I rent a-lot of cars from work. I’ve never tried fox see how goesAt the moment it feels like they’re trying to gouge you for every little thing. I will give a report after I drop it off.
