AVIS was a GEM. Loved being able to get my car at the hotel I was staying at. It was so quick, no lines, no waiting. In and out. WONDERFUL. I have had a recent care rental experience that was HORRIBLE so this gave me hope.

Made a phone reservation. One hour later I showed up and they had no record of my reservation and would do nothing to assist me further. Beware when renting here.
