Excellent customer service. Car I requested was late (circumstances beyond their control) and the kept me informed and got me into a similar vehicle in a timely manner

Reserved a minivan for 7ppl, got a Toyota for 4 because the stores don’t like to send cars on a one way trip. Operating on a store by store basis is a poor company strategy. As a national company, you should be more customer centric Enterprise! You just lost a customer for life.
