I went in after messing up my Tacoma. I was bummed. My first new vehicle. I arrived 20 minutes before close trying to figure something out. Brandon was at the office (busy of course) and he greeted me and asked how he could help. I showed him the damage I did to my truck and he looked and had me pull around. He and Cler buffed and polished transfer damage away in just a few minutes and sent me on my way.
Here the thing. I didn't know what I was doing. They did. They didn't wait, even though they were busy. They just fixed it. They didn't try to get something out of me and they totally could have! They looked at it, saw it was something they could fix very easily, and they did and they didn't charge a penny.
I am not used to not feeling chargef at every turn in this world. These guys gave me their attention and service and did it out of the goodness of their hearts.
This was truly one of the greatest experiences of service I've ever recieved. They have me as a customer and I hope they have you too.

I was having an issue getting my license plate changed a few weeks ago - turns out one screw was stuck in the trunk and they had to take my trunk cover off and put it back. “I was so happy to find out they carry U-pol Raptor liner - tintable kits! A couple weeks ago I set out to DIY paint my car with this product. Of course I only bought one kit thinking it would be enough to finish it (VW golf took 6 bottles) and Amazon keeps pushing my delivery date back. It's been two weeks! This morning I canceled my order with Amazon and started calling paint supply stores. KC was the first place I called and they had it instock! “I've done multiple Land Rover cylinder heads (AJ133, 5.0L V8) with these guys, they are helpful and informative. Over 33k miles on the first engine I had them work on, just starting the drive a second one after tearing it down and building it back. I prefer to do as much of the job as I can myself, but appreciate them doing the machine work I need!”

“Over the years I have taken my 4 cars to V&T 5 times. Both of my bothers have taken their cars there and I have sent a dozen friends to this auto body shop. One of those friends was in law enforcement and another has taken multiple cars there. I even referred the plumber working on my house to this shop. He saved a bunch of money and gave me a discount on my bathroom remodeling. Every one was very happy with the body work done. This is a small shop tucked in the industrial area west of Redwood Road. It does not have a fancy reception room or a nice big store front. Unless you are looking for it you wouldn't know the shop is there. They mostly work on dealership vehicles. Years ago I went to 3 other supposedly reputable body shops before I was referred to this shop by a used car sale friend. The most expensive body shop in Sandy has a Salt Lake Temple picture on the wall and was twice as much as V&T. The other estimates were significantly higher and vary greatly. The V&T owner is honest and a hard worker from Vietnam. If you like to shop at Nordstrom or Harmons, this body shop is not for you. But if you value your money and don't want to be taken advantage of, you might want to get an estimate from this shop and compare.”
“Go Gerber you won’t regret it! Jonathan and his team helped me out of a tough spot. I was living in SoCal, but my '02 4Runner (original owner) was on loan to a family member in SLC. Unfortunately was in a wreck and the insurance called it a total loss and wrote me a check and left the vehicle in a salvage yard. This vehicle means the world to me and I wasn’t writing her off, so I made several calls to repair shops and no one was willing to work on a vehicle with only pictures to reference. Through excellent communication and expectations, Gerber took on the extensive project. I was even able to upgrade a few parts that I sent to the shop. Gerber has an extensive outsourcing when it comes to specialist, as they needed them for welding, tire alignment, engine servicing, and full auto detail. My wife and I flew in to pick up the 4Runner to drive it back to SoCal same day and our jaws dropped with how good she looked, better than before the wreck! She drove straight and true and I had a big smile on my face all the way back to the West coast.
I’ve never needed a body shop before, but I can’t think of a better experience than the one I had working with Jonathan at Gerber Collision and Glass on W. Temple.”

“Took our Allegro Open Road Motorhome to JP Collision for painting and mechanical issues we were having. It was a great experience taking our motorhome to Scott to be repaired. The best part was that they do it all. They painted, repaired the generator, fixed the ice maker and changed the oil. One stop shopping you can't beat that. We couldn't have been happier with the results. It's a 2015 but once again looks brand new. We had sticker shock but it was worth every penny we had to spend. I highly recommend JP Collision you'll be happy you took your vehicle there.”
