“Definitely a late review relative to my interactions from 2 months ago, but better late than never.Chris is a very open and approachable man, and knows his stuff. He is always willing to go out of his way to answer questions, address concerns, and ultimately make sure the customer is satisfied.When my repairs were done, some of the body lines were misaligned. I pointed this out and Chris immediately got my car back into the shop and got it adjusted until I was satisfied. If I were to ever need body repairs again, I would absolutely go back. The prices are cheaper than somewhere like Caliber Collision, but the quality of the work is just as good, if not better than, Caliber Collisions.”

“Over the years I have taken my 4 cars to V&T 5 times. Both of my bothers have taken their cars there and I have sent a dozen friends to this auto body shop. One of those friends was in law enforcement and another has taken multiple cars there. I even referred the plumber working on my house to this shop. He saved a bunch of money and gave me a discount on my bathroom remodeling. Every one was very happy with the body work done. This is a small shop tucked in the industrial area west of Redwood Road. It does not have a fancy reception room or a nice big store front. Unless you are looking for it you wouldn't know the shop is there. They mostly work on dealership vehicles. Years ago I went to 3 other supposedly reputable body shops before I was referred to this shop by a used car sale friend. The most expensive body shop in Sandy has a Salt Lake Temple picture on the wall and was twice as much as V&T. The other estimates were significantly higher and vary greatly. The V&T owner is honest and a hard worker from Vietnam. If you like to shop at Nordstrom or Harmons, this body shop is not for you. But if you value your money and don't want to be taken advantage of, you might want to get an estimate from this shop and compare.”

I researched for several hours on best practices of 2024 in order to get the most out of the dealerships as well as how to protect my wallet when they tack on fee after fee of “mandatory” warranties, amenities, add one, all the bull that car dealerships are known to do. José saw me come in, handed me the key for the car I was looking to buy, I drove it, tested everything I could test. Came back and within 2 hours I was out the door with an amazing car and a solid deal. I told him I was ready to argue and he said here’s my calculations, no need to fight. The kicker was that the head I got back wasn't the head I took in... the head I took in was warped beyond repair, so terry was kind enough to source me another head for a very cheap price. I couldn't believe he went to that extent to help me out when others probably would've thrown up their hands and said sorry. I will be returning for any other machine work I need.”

“I was so happy to find out they carry U-pol Raptor liner - tintable kits! A couple weeks ago I set out to DIY paint my car with this product. Of course I only bought one kit thinking it would be enough to finish it (VW golf took 6 bottles) and Amazon keeps pushing my delivery date back. It's been two weeks! This morning I canceled my order with Amazon and started calling paint supply stores. KC was the first place I called and they had it instock! “I was referred to Ron to assist me with my after market headlights. The place I originally went to and had them installed, could not figure out how to have the day time running lights on, without manually switching to it. I went to that original shop about 5 times and no one could figure it out. I gave up and decided to leave it as is. Flash forward today - I was speaking to Marco from Logicc Protection Studio about my headlights and asked if he knew of anyone who specializes with Toyota and after market headlights. Marco told me to reach out to Ron and within minutes, Ron told me he had time to at least look at my headlights and would try to fix them. I was at his shop and spent only about 10 minutes; Ron was able to fix the problem and had the headlights in the proper setting that I was requesting from the start! Ron was able to get me in quickly, he was super helpful, and knowledgeable! I was so impressed and couldn’t thank him enough; I will only trust Ron with my vehicle moving forward!”
