Absolutely awesome customer service!! Ordered remote that was not that easy to pair, they were able to text and help me through the process. They know what they are doing!! Highly recommend because of their customer service!

Nothing else to say other than perfection all round with them. Matt is the most genuine, knowledgeable and friendly person that I’ve ever done business with. Matt is awesome! I ordered a replacement Serta adjustable bed remote through Amazon and had some questions when I received it. We communicated through email since I'm out of state and he was quick response and very helpful!!!
