Cotton On is a great location with a lot of merchandise and a quite a range of items to shop from. It has a great selection of men’s and women’s pants and leisure wear. The clothes are cute, high quality, and reasonably priced. The store can be pretty busy and the layout was disappointing, like a maze of clothing racks and boxes. The employees are kind, helpful, and always help to find what is needed, though not plentiful. Returns are easy with quick service. The store promotes a sustainable model by charging a small fee for bags to encourage reuse.
Employees are super helpful! They got me all the sizes I need, and gave me recommendations on other products. The girls who helped me were really sweet and knowledgeable. Will be back soon.

great clothes , super rude staff. completely ignored my friend and was on her phone when she asked if she worked there. later saw her restocking so definitely did work there. got some mean girl stares, generally bad attitude. cotton on body across the hall has amazing staff.
