“Everyone's been very nice to me, but I haven't had any problems either. The hardest thing about the whole banking/cu world is trying to figure out how to do the online banking. How do I make deposits or withdrawals, how do I make deposits from another bank account, how do I make a deposit from another bank where I have an account? It's not quite so easy as the CU would have you believe. I still have to figure a lot of stuff out. At least I haven't been snubbed or had anyone be rude to me. Heaven help them if that should happen. The only reason I stopped by them to get a loan is because they're so close to my home, so it won't be hard to move away from them if I have to.”

“I've always had a good experience at this branch. The ATM's have always had money everytime I need to withdraw cash, wait times aren't very long (10min. at most), and customer service is wonderful.
Also, shoutout to Jesus (or Jesūs)! I needed to come in for some account management and this guy was great, he gave me recommendations and was fast and polite! Every time I come in, no matter who I talk to, the tellers are always very quick and respectful.”
