“I stopped into Sephora about a week ago, just running in to grab a couple things, and I ended up getting helped by this lovely young girl named Lilith. She was honestly the highlight of my whole trip. Super warm energy, didn’t rush me at all, and actually listened to what I wanted instead of trying to sell me random stuff. She matched my shade perfectly on the first try which never happens!! and even gave me a few little tips that actually made my makeup look better at home.
Overall, she made the whole experience feel easy and kinda fun. If you go in, ask for Lilith. She genuinely knows her stuff!??”

“I especially love this location! I always find great deals here. My local one is okay but this location specifically when I get a chance to splurge i come here and I was not disappointed! I wasn't even looking for anything particular just browsing and found a dupe for MacKenzie Childs famous checkered kitchen pieces! Love them and a bunch of cute spring and summer clothes for my daughter. Will definitely be returning soon for my boys spring shopping.”

“Better selection than it used to have, but the customer service is piss poor.It would be nice if they had self-checkout, because it would be ore responsive than a cashier who's looking at their phone and barely acknowledges you.I find it unprofessional that the cashier is always on their phone, and has to finish up their text message or whatever they are doing before they can start checking you out..”

“I can’t thank Coach Mike enough for his help today. I was having problems with a walmart.com order that was quite expensive. He took it upon himself to help me resolve it. That is what you call service recovery when you help honest customers resolve problems. I had been trying for a month with multiple online and phone agents from Egypt to Pakistan. They are wonderful people but could not help me. I showed up at Walmart and might help me in a minute! Thank you Coach Mike”
“Smith’s is a consistently great place to shop. The store is always clean, organized, and easy to navigate. The produce is fresh, and there’s always a good selection of everything from everyday essentials to specialty items. The employees are friendly, helpful, and seem to genuinely care about customer service. Prices are fair, checkout lines move quickly, and the self-checkout stations make it easy when you’re in a hurry. Overall, Smith’s is just a reliable, well-run grocery store that makes shopping simple and stress-free.”
“Nice flight exhibit that was opened at the museum. The admission right now because of COVID is $5 per person which isn't bad just wish they had all the other floors opened but due to the pandemic only the first floor is open at the moment. Staff is friendly and many interactive activities for kids and adults.”
“Outside of the business, this Walmart is HUGE and I've never had a problem with them being low on stock. Actually, this is the only location that regularly has the organic meat I like. I will choose this location everytime! They also have extra rooftop parking and an escalator!”
“I'm giving 5 stars because I love Sams Club. 1- Scan and Go is AMAZING 2- always parking avail 3- no one harasses me at the door to look at my Sams membership. I love Scan and Go. They even added the food court to their feature! It's awesome. It is so easy to get in and out. I also LOVE the curbside pick-up. Sam's always has great things and great prices. When I'm out shopping anywhere else, I am able to pull out my Sams app and compare the prices. You need to be careful too bc some Sams charge more for the same item, in which case I get it shipped to me for free. It's always a win for me at this place. I will give everyone a friendly tip--COUNT YOUR ITEMS twice or 3x. The app will tell you how many you scanned, and you should def check!. I can't tell you how many times ppl have been found not scanning all their things. I've seen so many stopped at the door and taken aside for it. I enjoy this place. I've never had issues w the staff members bc I can usually just use my app and avoid lines. Plus this location typically has the best price on fuel. #ThankYouThursday”
“Love getting my gas here. Also the savings plan is simple to understand and works. I don't ever have to argue for my rewards or anything. Simple, well organized, clean gas station and have never had a problem with the reward program.”
“Very rarely do I experience good customer service any place I go anymore. But this family Dollar . Stephanie I interacted with the most! She was my cashier & helped me get a couple things I was looking for quick! Ivy was also behind the counter working & the two of them were so nice to me and so kind when I strolled in there at 10min. to 10:00 p.m. they're getting ready to close. They didn't seem to care at all they were so nice to me, they made me laugh, they were just wonderful after probably both working all day . They still greeted me with a smile and it made my day! so I feel like they deserve some recognition on how good they made me feel and how friendly and nice and sweet and funny they were the entire time I was there. It doesn't get any better than that! I really just needed a friendly face today!!! I will go out of my way just to go to that family Dollar just in case they're working so I can experience it again thanks girls It meant a lot to me today to see friendly faces.”
“This photo center is such a nightmare, and the location itself is a shame with respect to customer service. It has completely deterred me from using any Walmart photo center. I submitted a request for 156 photos in January, needing them for Valentine’s Day. I figured that’s a lot of photos so I did it ahead of time. Despite submitting my order towards the end of January, my confirmation said by February 2, 2022. I gave all of last week because I know there are worker shortages and times are tough. I called the location 8 times today and each time ended in my call being disconnected. 2 of the calls I spoke to a very kind man in electronics who transferred me and was trying to get a photo associate, so kudos to that gentleman for trying. Finally I had to use the online chat, and they could not help me. I was given the number for the corporate photo customer service line. That rep was amazing and she tried to call the location as well to see what the issue is. She placed me on hold and had the same experience I had with trying to contact them. After two failed attempts she admitted they were not answering. The best she could do for me, and it’s of no fault of her own, was recommend I go to the store and see what the issue is since their phone lines are unavailable. This is what I will do since I was advised my order was delivered and should be there. I will update this review with my experience after going in but I doubt it will be a redeemable one.Edit- Went in the following Friday and the associate and manager who helped me were incredibly responsive and diligent. They located my order quickly and were helpful, demonstrated great customer service, and were overall just great. Those two alone made this review go from a 1 star to a 4. Would I use this photo center again, not willingly. However, it isn’t their employee’s fault as I’m sure the worker shortage allows some balls to drop sometimes. Alls well that ends well.”

“As a visitor from California in town for a conference, I had the chance for a visit to this Walmart to pick up a few quick things. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at well this store is run and maintained. The shelves were fully stocked. The overall appearance was very clean and well kept. No overflowing trash cans inside or out. When I was in the parking lot, I saw multiple employees collecting trash and shopping carts. I even witnessed an employee helping an elderly couple place their items in their car when he saw they were having trouble. Speaking of employees, because I was a out of town visitor, I needed help finding a couple of things. Without fail, each time I asked about an item, the employee i asked told me the aisle number and even the exact shelf. When I followed the directions, guess what? I found my items in no time at all. Sad to say, you don't see this kind of service at the overwhelming majority of California stores. The store manager at this location should be extremely proud of his/her crew. And in my humble opinion, lots of other Walmart store managers could learn a lesson or two from this location. Just my two cents for what it's worth.”

“They had the Sox fresh under key..which is better since most Targets have a mess in the clothing department. A always find something that I need. The deduction of 1 star is the very tight parking spots in ft. & odd sloping location for approach. Otherwise they do well even though self check out is odd, I can take a few extra bags for my trouble for the trash can to look spiffy with target bags. This is actually one of the main reasons that... I go. . . Besides getting a haircut at Super cuts in the same center
