cancelled my service and they went and billed me for the next month and won't refund the full amount. horrible customer service rep who kept cutting me off and just kept reading from his script. save your money and go with the new streaming services. way less expensive and no sneaky hidden charges that Dish is infamous... read full comment

Trash customer service paid my bill about a week and a half before it was due and they shut off my service claiming a payment was never made even after I gave them confirmation numbers of my payment and waiting about 1-2 hours before my call was even answered wouldn't recommend dish to anybody.

Worst experience ever. I only had the service for a few days and canceled it, then they decided to take out $480 out of my account without my permission.
