My car wasn't ready so I was charged $120 to upgrade to a vehicle that was available. Yes. I could have waited, so I was okay with the upcharge. However I was then charged $31 at return for gas even though I returned it full havung gassed up just before returning. I am still trying to get the $31 refunded.

Absolutely terrible. Massive line, one guy working the counter, easily an hour of waiting in line, then they can’t get us a car because we are “late” as our flight got delayed. Never again.
