I was in Salt Lake for a business trip and had placed an order to be picked up ahead of time. Upon arrival half my order was missing and the half that was here was incorrect. However, Ben at the will call desk was amazing and found all of the right items needed to save the day!

1st time there, & waited in line for a/b 20 minutes, rep was nice & polite, BUT.. I needed to return some pants for my disabled father, that didn't fit & I had paid cash, BUT they had NO cash on hand to give me a refund, OMG, really. I was told to come back another day & maybe they'll have some cash on hand, Wow..!. Sure, I have nothing better to do.
