The service was great. Both people I spoke with were very knowledgable and super helpful. We came in to get a watch repaired and get our ring sizes. I would recommend this shop if you are in the Salt Lake valley. Plus they have an amazing dog

I came to get a small loop on a silver necklace welded back together and it was done in 10 mins while I waited! The staff was super friendly and helpful and the repair was incredibly reasonably priced!

Wow! I was referred to Hansen’s by a close friend and she was spot on. I dropped in looking for a simple adjustment to my watch, they set down what they were working on to assist and had me out the door in five minutes. Everyone I met was friendly and professional. I’ll definitely be back.
