“Always a great experience and amazing prices. I always love the personalized service. I stopped by another jewelry store near my house and was quoted $1600 for some ring repairs. Luckily I decided to drive 20 minutes to Rocky Mountain and they repaired it for just $450. Worth the drive. I’m a forever customer! Thanks RMDC.”
“I've visited Jonathan's Jewelry several times lately to have some Jewelry fixed and/or estimated. The repairs I've had completely restored some of my older jewelry to perfection. Absolutely stunning! When I went there the first time I noticed a 50% off section of the store. I have purchased several items from the 50% off section. Beautiful rings, bracelets, necklaces for half price! I couldn't be happier with my repairs and the purchases I have made recently. I highly recommend a visit. They add daily to the 50% off section. The staff are all wonderfully helpful and pleasant. They take the time to show you everything you want to see. They are very patient if you are undecided and want to look at several items which is usually the case with me. I'm already a a repeat customer several times over and forever will be a customer here. I love Jonathan's Jewelry and you will too!!”
“Erin and Morgan helped me immensely! My battery warranty was a few days out-of-date BUT they replaced my battery free -of - charge. Thanks to Morgan Jewelers for providing outstanding service.”

“I took an antique white gold and diamond watch into McKay Diamonds, my ONLY diamond store since 1975, to see if it could be turned into something more practical to wear every day. The bracelet - no longer a watch - turned out BEAUTIFUL. I love McKay Diamonds. I would trust them with my most precious treasures.”
“The building is amazing, clean and histori. The staff, especially Adam, is fantastic knowledgeable and attentive. It was an excellent buying experience. I definitely hope to do business with them again.”

“Best place to take any of your jewelry
They are honest about the time it takes for work to be done.
I’ve been goin here for over 10years always great customer service. They truly care about their people. Thank you for always taking good care of me.”
“If I could give 10 stars, I would. I am in Salt Lake for work, from Pittsburgh. My Tag aquaracer battery needed replaced. Tried multiple Tag authorized dealers in Pittsburgh and they were not able to complete the task. The watch is slightly unusual to replace a battery yet a Tag dealer could not do it.
I was recommended Fankhauser from high end dealers in Pittsburgh! Word travels I guess.
I took the watch into them today and not only had a battery replacement as well as pressure test but also a bit of education about the watch. 20 minutes and I was back in business.
Fantastic team and cannot give a higher recommendation! Thank you!”
“Amazing collection that feels almost like a museum, but with everything for sale (at museum quality pricing - the highest we saw was nearly $400k).
Most items will be unaffordable for the majority of people, but it is well worth going to see amazing paintings, furniture, sculpture, and other art.
The only negative experience was that they were unwilling to reveal the price of one item when asked.
Their reply was it was already sold with no sign stating it was sold like displayed on other items.
I then asked for an estimate of how much it sold for and received a reply that “Sales prices are confidential”. It felt almost condescending and diminished my experience and likelihood of making a purchase.
I understand there are cases where it is appropriate, but it felt like they could have provided a rough estimate or even an inflated value. I then went on Google images and found the last sale price at auction. I guess it was not that hard to get an estimate.”
“I took my Grandmother in to have resized. They told me it would look better if they replated it and it needs to be reprong. My wife said it Looks amazing ? . Best jewelries I've found”
“Lillie bee emporium is filled with the most amazing things. There’s little knickknacks, card decks, candles, books, so many unique things. The owner is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet. I highly recommend going and supporting small business.”
“Such a gem of a boutique! Everything in this shop feels so thoughtfully curated — from the stunning jewelry and handmade candles to the unique vintage clothing and gorgeous pottery. The vibe is effortlessly cool and creative, and the branding ties it all together beautifully. You can tell there’s so much care and personality behind every detail. “I’ve been a faithful customer of AAA Jewelry since moving to SLC in ’21. Mike and his family are knowledgeable, professional, and super kind. They take the time to answer questions and help you find what you’re looking for.
Most recently, I purchased some unique rings from them that they polished beautifully, & they are just gorgeous. & props to the man behind the curtain—I’ve never met the jeweler, but I’ve seen his work & it’s remarkable. Highly recommend!”

“Joe helped my husband create a custom engagement ring/wedding band 10 years ago. After a decade of daily wear, the middle stone had become loose. Joe tightened the stone free of charge, and let me explore his amazing cabinet of curiosities while I waited. He is an amazing story teller and made me feel like a friend after 10 minutes of hanging out in his shop. What a neat human and talented jeweler! Thank you Joe! I can't wait to explore some of the places you told me about in Utah!”

“I managed to break the band of my engagement ring and they fixed it so I cannot even tell where it was. Then, while they were at it, they fixed two loose diamonds on the sides of the ring. Plus the jeweler was super nice, as was the young lady who helped. The price was half what I was quoted by the company who had made the ring originally. I definitely recommend them!”
“I needed a picture and a frame I bought separately to be put together and wasn’t able to do it myself. These kind folks did it all for a reasonable price and within 24 hours. Grateful for them!”

“I love this shop! There are so many unique crystals I haven’t seen anywhere else. I appreciate that they put the descriptions with the crystals so we can learn about them & the owners are so kind! I appreciated the time they took to connect with me. Definitely recommend!”
“Wow, I went for a Halloween themed art show & this place, blew me away. The variety of art they have here is incredible, the space is gorgeous. The art is affordable!!!!! the employees are kind and give yourself several hours cause you’ll want it! I love that they give local artist a chance to shine! So fun. I purchased so much incredible art and I found prints from one of my favorite artists who I met at a farmers market in Park city!”
“I came here looking for something to turn a piece of glass art into a necklace. One of the staff was very knowledgeable and gave suggestions that helped me a lot. I don't believe I have an eye for jewelry, so it was very helpful having people there who could help me and had such great taste. I will definitely come back here if the need ever arises again.”
“Beautiful store, and amazing staff. I love the quality of the jewlery especially because I like to wear for days! I always find something beautiful. Highly recommend!”
“I think they usually only change watch batteries but I needed a band adjustment and figured I'd ask. Payne Anthony Creative Jewelers worked with me to get what i needed, did it fast and charged a very reasonable feel! Great experience!”

“Great selection UT and SLC souveniers (incl some local foods) + snacks, drinks, & sundries.
This is the only gift shop (maybe in the world) that sells stamps to go with the postcards.
All Are Welcome.”
“If in Salt Lake City, this is a mist stop for souvenirs. The lady working there was so kind and helpful that we couldn’t believe it. While we were strolling around the shop, she brought us 2 waters and a Map of Utah, free of charge. We continued looking for a special magnet, but she didn’t have one and she was so kind and offered to send it to us free of charge. We were shocked by the kindness. She also gave us space to shop in peace and wasn’t at all intrusive. As Europeans that means a lot to us ?. By far best giftvshop on our USA roadtrip.”
