Super clean entering the main building area. Easy to navigate. They have a board with all the companies and a security guard that helps with finding companies. I honestly hate corporate buildings, because I get really nervous with social anxiety with that security guard at front was so nice and easy to talk to.

I had a great experience buying my car from Ken Garff! Everyone was great but Sam my sales person deserves the most credit because he was patient and handled everything like a pro!

Horrible customer service! Service advisor needs to get additional training on providing better customer service. Experienced and certified mechanics should know to test drive vehicles before releasing back to owner.
