“I regularly visit the MetroPCS store at 2120 South 700 East because of the GREAT customer service I receive there. Guido recently helped me with an update for Android 15. He is very knowledgeable and kind and delivers the best customer service! He and Issa, at this location, have helped me and my family members over the last three years in advising and purchasing new phones, making the transfer from one phone to another, and answering many questions in general! This is the only MetroPCS store I will go to because of them.”
“My wife came in to have the e-sim set up on an iphone 15 she just bought. Justin was very helpful in getting it set up for her. The store had several customers so he set her up and kept circling back to make sure everything was going smoothly with the transfer. He is great at multi tasking!”

“Stopped by this AT&T store to get help with my account and ended up having a really good experience. Bonnie helped me out and was super patient while we went through everything. I had a few issues that took some time to sort out, but he stayed helpful the entire time and made sure everything was handled correctly. The staff overall was friendly and the store was well run. She was notified while she was helping us that the other employee had quit and so she would have to work a double shift. Manager of the store is in Provo. I felt sorry for her. “Outside of the business, this Walmart is HUGE and I've never had a problem with them being low on stock. Actually, this is the only location that regularly has the organic meat I like. I will choose this location everytime! They also have extra rooftop parking and an escalator!”

He was able to get my mom’s and brothers ESIM working again and he helped her set up screen time ( I had no idea how to change settings). 10/10 recommend .”
