“I have multiple units and one if them wasn't getting paid properly but the others were, I was at risk for foreclosure even though my other units were fine (all paid on same card). Tracy was a great help, we figured out what was going wrong, updated a bunch of outdated information and got me access back to my unit. It's easy to earn five stars when everything is going fine it's harder when random things pop up. I give Extra Space & Tracy 5 atars.”

“I hired them to tackle the final step of a cross-country move for me. They met me at the portable storage container facility and unloaded my stuff from two large containers into their truck and then drove it across town and unloaded all of it into my house and some into a nearby storage unit.
First of all, booking them was really simple. I filled out a web form for a quote and received a phone call from the owner of the company and he quoted me a very reasonable hourly rate for the work. The other few phone calls that were involved in setting it all up were quick and simple. No nonsense, no runaround, no bait and switch. We made an agreement and the day before the job, I was sent a written agreement to sign. I can't tell you how refreshing it was to talk to a real person who was directly connected to the work I needed to get done. I wasn't talking to a customer service person on the other side of the world. I was talking to a guy in town who could make it happen. That was great!
On the day of the job, three guys showed up in a truck as promised and on time. They did excellent work. They worked fast, efficiently, and carefully. I think my job ended up being a little bigger than they anticipated but they kept a positive attitude throughout. They worked their butts off for me and they seemed to truly enjoy their work and wanted to do a good job.
Hiring these guys was the best part of an otherwise very frustrating process. I wish I had just had them handle the whole thing. Give them a call, they'll take care of you!”

When I inquired about the size of the storage units, Tony helpfully gave me a document with the dimensions of the COW. It was perfect, not like another storage unit which was way too wide. “I only just moved in yesterday. Well, i tried to, anyway. It turns out the office hours are kinda loose, as i was there a few minutes after five (with office hours until six), and already they were gone for the day.
So that was a day lost.
I'm still hopeful.
The place seems quite secure. The staff (when they are finally able to be reached) have been helpful in all aspects. But now that I'm set up, i shouldn't need to reach them for anything anyway.
Update: two months in and the introductory price ended. Now it seems kinda steep.
As secure as the place seemed when i moved in, it seems aa lot less so now, with the front gate completely inoperable for the last couple weeks, and being left open basically all the time now.
Update #2 I've been in my unit for about eight months now. I'm starting to think of this as a major drain on my finances for crap i obviously don't need to keep. This has nothing to do with Gateway Storage, though $200/month is a lot of money.”

“We've rented from a lot of different houses and have never had as amazing of an experience as we did at Moving Pictures. We're based in Los Angeles and were coming in to Salt Lake for a big project for Delta Airlines. Tonia was really fast at responding and beyond accommodating. Our shoot dates shifted due to weather and then we had a change in equipment needs. We needed mobile power and Tonia was able to source what we needed, even though they didn't have the specific batteries we needed in-house. All the gear was in great shape. When we had shifted needs in between film days, the Moving Pictures team helped us to quickly unload our truck rental and reloaded with new gear needs. Tonia was even kind enough to give us a ride to the airport when we dropped off gear. They'll be our first call when we're back in Salt Lake.”
