When I talked to Mayflower and their partner, Arrow Moving, I could tell right away, this was a trustworthy company and people. “I hired these guys (three gentlemen came) to move me into my new townhome. It’s one of those new tri-level townhomes with skinny staircases that are a pain in the butt to move things up and down. On top of that, I have a lot of large and excessively heavy furniture… I always feel a little bad when I have to hire movers, because I know my move isn’t going to be a fun job, as heavy as my things are.These guys absolutely rocked. The guys were very personable, positive, and did an extremely good job the entire time. They were also FAST! They took great care of everything. “5 STAR Rating, a hidden nook downtown, but not hard to find off the main roads. Hours to access your unit, 7am -9pm. Manager Mike is in office 8am-6pm. The gate locks once he leaves and you must use your access code for entry and exiting of course. If not in office he is not far too find usually. The property is small compared to most storage locations. All outdoor access. One level. Only a first time $25 fee applied when starting account. I've rented baby places within 5 miles of this location and by far the best management I've worked with ever in my life. I would say the rules are not as strictly seeming as some places I've stored with. General rules apply. Payment can be made over the phone if necessary, Mike is flexible and understanding. I recommend this location for storage needs and U-Haul rentals, great prices! Been up and running over 25 years, so not new looking but it's always clean and no shady action as far as I have seen from other renters activity. Price is the best compared to other storage units per size within a 3-5 mile range of city creek. Mike is the foundation to this business and has been generously understanding, and always a polite pleasantry any time I run into him. I would recommend always, although availability could be limited on unit availability due to being under 100 in size. Very long large double sided units are available which I have not commonly seen other places. Big enough for a boat to store. No climate control, no power in unit, outside is lit well enough though to see at night. Most places don't have garbage access, but here you can throw away items within reason. A skinny entry way when first entering due to U-Haul's parked occasionally at times. You're awesome Mike, you have my approval at best in customer service delivered!”
“Contacted them because I was purchasing a bike from a nearby town to be shipped to Georgia by freight. I priced another company who quoted twice as much and didn't leave me feeling sure of their ability to handle the job. Jared was very helpful. They did an amazing job crating it. It arrived with no signs that it had moved and with zero damage. I would highly recommend anyone to use BOXPAC.”
“We've rented from a lot of different houses and have never had as amazing of an experience as we did at Moving Pictures. We're based in Los Angeles and were coming in to Salt Lake for a big project for Delta Airlines. Tonia was really fast at responding and beyond accommodating. Our shoot dates shifted due to weather and then we had a change in equipment needs. We needed mobile power and Tonia was able to source what we needed, even though they didn't have the specific batteries we needed in-house. All the gear was in great shape. When we had shifted needs in between film days, the Moving Pictures team helped us to quickly unload our truck rental and reloaded with new gear needs. Tonia was even kind enough to give us a ride to the airport when we dropped off gear. They'll be our first call when we're back in Salt Lake.”

There was unexpected rubbing that caused damage to my furniture, but that is more my fault for not thinking ahead better”

“I was having all my floors in my house refinished. I have an old home, with a long narrow driveway. When I inquired about the size of the storage units, Tony helpfully gave me a document with the dimensions of the COW. It was perfect, not like another storage unit which was way too wide. This was more narrow, but taller. I was able to fit my armoires/wardrobes that were over 6 feet easily.”
