There was an accident during this most recent move where a light was broken and the owner, Matt, quickly and efficiently worked with me to get it fixed. Because I was living in an apartment complex, he connected with the leasing office and got it taken care of so that it didn't have to come out of my security deposit. This is the honesty and small business mentality that I love and adore. I'm glad no one was hurt and accidents happen, and I appreciate the effective remediation and response time.
