“I had an unpleasant noise coming from my engine’s area, so I needed to see what was going on. Last week, I went to Point S and they had my car for 9 hours and couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it…and tried to charge me triple digits for a “deep inspection.” Needless to say, I did not use them nor will I ever go back. This time, I googled my area’s auto shops and found that Action Auto had great reviews. Everyone I talked to there was so friendly and helpful, and they figured out the problem extremely fast, and they clearly communicated my options with me.I ultimately decided that I’m due for a new car and am not wanting to put anymore money into my beater.They didn’t charge me anything for the inspection and diagnosis. “Came in Saturday morning for an alignment. They do walk ins or appointments. Steering wheel went from 20 degrees off center to dead center. The car pulled hard right but now tracks straight. they also give you the print off from the machine which is nice to see. Definitely recommend!”

“Came of my office to head home and found I had a flat! As I was preparing to put on the "donut" so I could get home a coworker stopped and happened to have an air compressor. We were able to get some air so I could hustle t ok a repair shop( (this was after 4:00 so time was no on my side.) I had dropped my boss off at jacks a few months ago on California so I drove there. I was coming from west of Bangertet on California) I got to jacks and they took me right in, they fixed the flat and would not let me pay them! I know there are other shops that would do the same thing, but still grateful! Thanks Jacks Tire!!!”
