It’s so undesirable services received from the girls who work at this location!!!!!!….. I’m assuming your company will go out of business pretty soon. No manager on location, so unpleasant and didn’t want to help or assist at any moment! New staff should be hire at that place 4700 S and 1955 West. Taylorsville, Utah!

The curly headed lady and the girl with the cool make up were both very friendly and helpful. They were able to juggle multiple tasks quickly and I found that everyone was competently helped in a timely manner.

Rude employees. I’ve never returned an Amazon package before. I walked in and 3 employees were at the desk . Two walked away and the third started vacuuming. So I set my box on the counter and without stopping vacuuming the employee said to go to the Amazon kiosk and follow the directions. There were no signs indicating where the kiosk was. I finally found it no thanks to them.

This stores employees are very rude I asked how I can get my package shipped back to, they tell me "I don't know your going to have to figure it out". Really I thought that's what you were here for. Very annoyed.

Louisiana went above and beyond to help ensure I got the prints I needed the day before Christmas Eve, right before closing. She was extremely kind and helpful. I am grateful that she was there to help me out.

I think it would be better business for them to tell you the cheapest way to send packages first before quoting the most expensive way first. My package was small, but they quoted $39 first. I think that is weird, especially during these times of struggle.

I don't look forward to having to go into this location. Some of the ladies that work there need an attitude adjustment! Especially the lady with the long brown hair, she's rude. I will probably avoid this location from now on!!

Beware of the ineptitude at this store. Their employees have no clue what they are doing. I asked for the fastest shipping.. they told me $29 it would be there Friday. They didn’t tell me this was not guaranteed. They didn’t tell me this was actually through the postal service and that I was paying TRIPLE the amount it would have been to send it priority express through the usps. Crooks and scammers!As for management, she’s definitely in it for the money. Threw her employer right under the bus and told me to come back and talk to her. WOW! That’s a model business plan there!Stay away.. visit the post office instead. Service is way better!

The absolute worst experience I have ever had at a UPS store. And I’ve gone to several! I’ve printed things out at UPS before and it’s always a seamless experience and they’re usually so helpful. The minute I walked in and asked for their email to send files the lady at the counter gave the most annoyed attitude and sent me over to a computer and kept aggressively asking if I had a credit card or not to use the machine, which I did. It asked me for a usb so I asked them if I could just email them the files as I originally do at any other store. And again, they were bothered that I took them away from hiding in their back corner talking to each other and said no, I can login to my email if I want to print things. Will definitely be calling my UPS rep to put an official complaint with UPS because I could not believe the level of unprofessionalism.THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE ! AVOID COMING HERE.

Not sure if she’s the Manager but this older lady with curly grey hair with glasses has an attitude problem and extremely rude they should be fired ! and also was forcing me to pay to use their PC to send file she won’t let customers email the store any files to print when every other ups in the area does that otherwise what would be the point of you having a store email? To talk to each other I don’t think so… they also made a comment as I left and said go to another ups. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone terrible service and pc had virus I wouldn’t trust it to log in to your personal email

The employees here ar extremely rude. They refuse to help you just tell you to go to the computer, don’t acknowledge you and roll their eyes if you ask questions. They want you to drop off and get out helping is an inconvenience for them and when I was walking out a white lady with black curly hair was saying things under her breath to her other coworker and he was feeding into it. Extremely unprofessional I will never be coming back in.
