“Have been going to Foothill Tire Pros for years. Recently my Jeep had some brake issues and they cropped up immediately after they had inspected the brakes and rotated tires. It turned out to be coincidental timing, but Foothill Tire Pros and its manager, Dustin, were willing to make the assumption of fault and arranged to have the Jeep towed to the shop without protest. It ended up having nothing to do with their service, something they suspected from the outset, but they did it anyway. I think that "customer first" mentality is rare these days.
