“Extremely helpful crew. I have the 3rd gen Airpods and the speaker in my right AirPod was blown. First I went to Best Buy (just cause my dad always went there for technical needs), they weren’t much help. So I googled “Apple” and Expercom showed up.Gave them a call to see if they could help, answered all my questions to the best of their ability. Then I went in to get my AirPod serviced.Super easy process, the employees know what they are talking about and can explain it pretty well! The cost is pretty affordable, and they also sent me a link on how to properly update the firmware for my new AirPod so I could do it from work/home.Thank you!”

Billy and Josh were the two main guys assisting me and my issues a third gentleman I think by the name of Matt also chimed in with some answers. These guys working are knowledgeable and I highly recommend them.”
