“My grandson needed his PC looked at and couldn't wait. We went to the West Jordan location. We were met by Meho who was so helpful. He cleaned our PC after he explained the problem and fixes to my grandson. It was so nice to have someone who knew his stuff and greeted us with a smile. We had such a great experience I came home and didn't waste a minute to let the world know how great Meho is. I also noticed that the other employees were quick to help customers. “I used to have the SMT-3 laptop and I absolutely loved it! After a few years, as the hardware got older and older, I traded it in towards a new SMT-7 laptop. I figured why not. It's a more advanced and powerful PC, right? Not really. So far, the experience has been disappointing. The laptop keeps freezing over and over again, leading me to take it back into the store to get it fixed.UPDATE #1: Despite the recent experience with the SMT-7, the guys at PC laptops have my back and are doing everything they can to make it right, which I highly appreciate. There might’ve been a one in a million defect in the hardware - something beyond their control - but they’ve got a new laptop being prepared at no extra charge. I think these guys definitely deserve a 5-star review after all that is said and done. Until then, I’ll keep the review updated based on the status of the laptop I paid for. This review did start as a 3 stars until PC laptops reached out to me in order to provide further assistance. They didn’t leave me out in the cold like many other companies do. For that, I give them the extra star and plan to give them another after I hear back.UPDATE #2: [Coming soon]”

They listened to our needs made some recommendations and got us a great new server that checks all the boxes. Fantastic turn around time and wonderful communication. “Extremely helpful crew. I have the 3rd gen Airpods and the speaker in my right AirPod was blown. First I went to Best Buy (just cause my dad always went there for technical needs), they weren’t much help. So I googled “Apple” and Expercom showed up.Gave them a call to see if they could help, answered all my questions to the best of their ability. Then I went in to get my AirPod serviced.Super easy process, the employees know what they are talking about and can explain it pretty well! The cost is pretty affordable, and they also sent me a link on how to properly update the firmware for my new AirPod so I could do it from work/home.Thank you!”

“At this store I have had a range of experiences. Some of the staff have been very helpful while other staff have come off as uninterested, indisposed or downright misanthropic, just pointing to another side of the store without actually wanting to see me through.There was one staff in the camera department who helped me back in November 2022 pick out a sony alpha camera and accessories for my Europe trip. I wish I could remember his name to give him a shout out here but all I remember is that he is black.Another staff who was helpful that helped me in Feb 2024 was Stephanie. She helped me return a number of items and sign up for a membership and was very patient and helpful. I would recommend her to anyone.I love the deals here, the selection, and some of my experiences with the staff. Iall of my staff experiences were like the two mentioned above then I would have left 5 stars.”

“A few years ago, I was introduced to a concept called "credit card hacking." No, it's not illegal-it's simply signing up for credit cards for the benefits of each card. Of course, you have to pay attention to the details-understand the annual fee (if any) and pay the card off each month before you start to accrue interest. Otherwise, you don't come out ahead. I have multiple cards-one for groceries, one for gas, one for....well, you get it. One of my favorite cards is the Capital One Savor card. I get 4% cash back on dining out and entertainment-both things that my family does often. It's a great card and I've enjoyed the cash back benefit from it. One thing that I love the most about the card is that I can redeem my cash back at any time, in any increment. Other cards make you wait until you have $25 increments to "cash out." Nope, I can bank it up here and make a big dent in my statement (applying my benefit to the card balance) or I can redeem in small chunks-whatever I want! I've never had any problems with the card-truly. It's been great. For anyone that wants to earn cash back on these types of purchases AND has the discipline to pay off the card each month (don't spend what you don't have) then this would be a card I'd recommend.”

“Place is packed all the time. People working are very helpful and prompt with your appointment. Always fixes whatever issue we are having with the phone or iPad or laptop. Store is clean and well stocked. It’s located just south of Nordstrom inside Fashion Place Mall. Parking is always hard. It’s always full! Go early if you can.”

“I've been buying from xidax for over a decade now, and this last $5k work rig had a rough start with a bad motherboard (which happens) but Jesse, the customer service manager for them, made it right and had everything fixed great and quickly. Now the rig is running spectacularly and the customer service was legendary which I've come to expect from Xidax. I always recommend going through them for a new build. You can save some cash on building yourself but you don't get the customer support or warranty. If you end up needing to RMA a part with a manufacturer, you're gonna be hating life. The extra cash for them to build is worth it in my book. 10/10.Thank you Jesse!
